I purchased a KTM 350 XCF-W from this dealership over the weekend. They were fantastic to work with. I live over an hour from the dealership so I was not interested in going in and haggling over the price. They understood that, we discussed the price over the phone and agreed that I would pick it up on Saturday. I urged them to take a deposit just so I could feel confident the bike was mine. They declined and said it wasnt necessary, they would have it ready to go for me when I arrived.I pulled into the parking lot and the bike was sitting right out front with a red sold tag on the throttle. I walked inside, introduced myself, and about thirty minutes later was walking out pushing the bike to my trailer.Overall, an absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end! Could not recommend this place more!

I sat on like three maybe four bikes. Plus the used Kawasaki 650 outside.Could not get one person to ask me if I needed any help.Then I walked around the entire store trying to find the stairs to go upstairs to look at the bikes upstairs cause like 85% of downstairs is dirt bikes. Im interested in street.Could not find one Cruiser bike to save my life.I even walked out these double doors which led outside to a bunch of side by side.So I left.

Installed tire got bike home and noticed water on the floor of the garage.Update took bike into NCY for cooling system repair.kept bike one week and was told pinsize hole in radiator and they dont repair they only install New.Took radiator to have repaired no hole in radiator at all.Took bike to fun bike center San Diego found leak prior to bike even entering the building. So beware they are not good mechanical shop at all

I love going to NYC Staff are incredible. Really have in depth knowledge of the product. Prices are competitive. Also have excellent mail order dept. They sell Yamaha, Polaris triumph, slingshot and used motorcycles as well as accessories and parts. Dirt bikes, street bikes dual sports, it is all here. Excellent service dept too. And tires.

People are very helpful. Ive gone to many dealerships where all they tried to do is sell you a bike or gear and didnt want to help you with what you need help with. Floor looks amazing with all the bikes set up neatly. I watched one of the people sell a bike to a guy and explained everything he needed to know, so the people there are very knowledgeable of motorcycles.Been there about 5 times and have no complaints. Very professional and willing to help.

A very clean and nice dealership. Staff is very helpful without being pushy which is appreciated. This dealership is pretty small so they only have a handful of bikes to choose from which are mostly Yamaha.I only wish they would continue being a Triumph dealership. But I guess they are not a popular anymore.

I bought my Victory here a couple years ago. I got a good deal on my trade and my purchase. Been coming back here for tires and service. They are always prompt and complete on the service. Nothing has taken longer than the quoted times and the rates are reasonable. Prices on tires are excellent and are at Internet price (revzilla prices basically) . Everyone is friendly and respectful. I really like this dealership and feel Ive been well treated over the years. I do recommend this dealership to others.

Recommended place to take my Yamaha for service! Dropped my bike off for a service bulletin that FBC wanted to charge me for, but these guys did the due diligence and found the bulletin and assured me it was free. Staff was great and worked hard to get me in my way despite it being almost closing time.

I purchased my Motorcycle through NCY and theyre very helpful, they make it easy and pretty quick, they will also work with you on your payments. I come to them for service from time to time and their service department is very quick and knowledgeable!

I called in to order a vital part for my daily driver bike which had broken down. They took my info, and charged my card. I borrowed a car and drove up from San Diego on the delivery day and they said, It looks like I sold it instead of ordering it. I didnt need to hear the guys life story so I asked, So its not here, is that what youre saying? He said I was correct. I asked for my money back and left quietly. But I will never be going back to that store. All I got was a sorry for wasting my time, money, and resources. They didnt even offer to order it again for free or at a discounted rate. This might be out of character for them to mess up an order, but it was how they handled it after thats causing me to write this. I felt like the employee didnt even care that he screwed me and, other than the obvious return of my money, there was no effort to make the situation right.

When you need service for your bike, it’s easy to be mad. BUT Ryan in service is awesome. He’s helpful, knowledgeable, and concerned. If he can help you, take his advice!!!!

I dont even know how to express my graditute! I havent experienced someone that actually cares about the customer, most parts guys are burned out. At least thats my experience down in SoCal. Most will not Not even try to find the customer options on how to best fit their needs. I didnt even tell him that I needed these parts quicker than most would ask but he gave me options. The other two parts department I called at other dealers didnt really give two ss if you know what I mean. I was very impressed and I will definitely make my next new purchase here! I live in La Mesa and they are in North county but its worth the trip to deal with people like these thank you kendal appreciate your help.

Bought my 2015 YZ450f here. Staff was helpful in helping me find the right bike. They even stayed after hours to close the deal. Only thing keeping me back from a 5 star rating is that the service department is way over priced. I expect that from any dealer, but I was hoping the service department would match the sales department in customer satisfaction.

NCY has always been good to me. I bought my first quad from them in 93, and have gone back ever since. Customer service is number one, especially with Grinny, who works the parts counter and knows bikes better than you - hands down the best!!

Service department did a warranty work on my Roadstar. Removed the fuel pump when they put on a speed star carburetor which is designed to use a fuel pump. Had me break down on the freeway almost got me killed. Kept taking it back and they kept telling me it wasnt anything they did, I finally did research and realized what the problem was and fixed it myself.

I went for a rear brake repair and found the staff to be honest, professional and courteous.

Brought my Triumph Speedmaster in for 12,000 mile service. Price was fair. Had to wait a few days to get it in but no big deal. Ended up also getting a new rear tire put on. When I picked it up and rode it home it stalled on me twice while on the move. Something was definitely wrong that wasnt there when I brought it in. I didnt want to ride it back, so they sent a truck out to pick it up. Next day I called around lunch time to check on it and was told the technician was going to go over it that afternoon and see if he could find anything. Later that afternoon I got a call that they had found and fixed something and it seemed to be running correctly. It turns out that they had duplicated the problem and the technician eventually discovered that he had swapped the connectors for the intake pressure sensors during the servicing. After swapping them back to the correct locations it ran fine. No charge for fixing their mistake of course. I almost gave four stars because mistakes happen and they made it right, but I wish I had gotten better information over the phone when I was checking on it. They didnt tell me they had duplicated the problem until I got there to pick it up and I happened to talk to one of the guys who had ridden it. I also thought they might give me a comp or discount on something for the trouble I went through on their account but that didnt happen. Ill give them another chance when the next service is due and hopefully theyll be more careful.

I got a great deal on my FZ8 here. Their parts department is great. Service tries to upsell too much on services that arent really needed. They did have the best recommendation with the Ride On Tire Repair and Balancing Gel though, this stuff is the best.

I came in to check out a Yamaha Eluder on 17 May 2019 around 1 pm, give or take some time. I just finished doing a demo ride on a Chieftain Dark House and wanted to compare the Yamaha. The sales clerk was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be talk to. The unseen sales manager was not. The place was nearly empty and this lazy dude relayed his conditions through the sales clerk: the only way I can take it for a test ride was if I did negotiated the price and completed the loan paperwork through them. Wherever he hangs his hat for an office is a waste of space. This interaction made my decision making process that much easier, so in that regard I am thankful. Customer service is part to business.

I have been taking my FZ6 there for all my 4,000 mile services (7 of them) for at least the past 5 years and all my tires. Never had a problem with scheduling, the parts or the service. Great guys behind the counter. I have never compared them on pricing to other shops because it is hassle free.

Excellent parts and service. Bought dirt bikes from them and return to them for parts. Great sales team as well, no pressure and very honest and helpful. I will buy my next UTV from them.

Took my R6 in for a oil change, they were fast and professional with good prices. The shop looked very clean and orderly. Definitely will be doing all my yamaha service here. Doubt you will have a bad experience

I took my bike in to have the rear tire replaced and when I got my bike back I was very dissapointed. One of the rear spokes had been sheared and the wire for my licence plate light has been damaged. When I talk to service rep he asked me what I ran over to get a flat tire even though they say me ride it in and the tire was definately not flat when I turned it over to him two days prior. He also said they noticed the damage before when they replaced my tire and forgot to not it on the service request and also forgot to tell me when I called and when I arrived to pick up my bike. That is a shady way to conduct business if you ask me. They still refuse to take responsibility for the damage even though I just had did a detailed inspection on my bike before bringing it to them for the tire replacement. And all spokes were intact and all required light to legally operate a motor vehicle were working(including my licence plate lights. I will be spreading the word around the riding community here in SOCAL and to all of my out of state brother to avoid this place because they dont seem to be very honest or helpful in the service department. If they forgot to tell me about the damage I wouldnt want anyone to leave with their bike with something that could potentially cause serious harm or death because the service department forgot to notify them about it.

Ive bought a bike and helped my girlfriend buy a bike from here. Great group of people. Their prices are substantially better than North County House of Motorcycles as well.

Was trying to get a quad running for Christmas for my son, brought to them at the beginning of December, It was put behind all other repairs and wasnt completed till after new years. They admitted to the screw up and worked with me on the price....

I had a big problem with my vehicle, a big problem that just kept getting worse, and somehow the guys at NCY worked a few miracles and got the job done. Just had a great experience buying a yamaha zuma 125. Staff was helpful and the entire process was painless. Dominic was so patient while i made him walk me around the entire shop. Him and the manager helped me find something in my budget and managed to arrange same day delivery, I left a happy girl.

Everytime I come here I leave with more money in my pocket than expected. Trying to sell my Stryker and wanted to get a few issues looked at. Said it would be 95 dollars for the inspection plus whatever else they find. Turns out I let it sit too long, but who else is going to only charge 50 bucks when the quote is 95? Definitely not House or many others shops in the area that I would pay to not touch my bike. NYC is the place to go.
