Ive never been in an accident, But the people were very helpful, I have triple AAA insurance, so I had to rent a car from hertz which is right next door, very convenient . The only thing about hertz car rental, I dont own a credit card, had to deposit 1000, dollars in order to rent a car .,

The car had extensive hail damage. They restored the car to like new. No evidence any damage had occurred. We are very satisfied.
My only qualm much like anywhere else is that their staff has lately been rotating so the customer support I was used to working with have been changed up once again with some new employees.I got my vehicle through the Chuck nash in Lockhart and since then have had it repaired at the San Marcos main location under the warranty to put for my vehicle and were very professional throughout that process.Thankfully they have TVs and waiting area and were very respectful in getting me bottled water and even provided some snacks and coffee and tea.
This collision center replaced my bumper due to rock damage falling off a big rig (very minor damage). Ive got a rally sport Camaro, which includes a front spoiler underneath my bumper. When I got the vehicle back, the spoiler started to fall off. So I took it back a second time to have it fixed. They gave it back to me with a gap between my bumper and spoiler and claimed it was due to prior damage. When I took my car there in there first place, there was no gap, so they gave it back to me in worse condition. You can clearly see that they didnt put it on right, because the left side of the spoiler overhangs the bumper, and on the right side, its short. When I tried to tell them I was unhappy about it and it still didnt look right, they said too bad, there is nothing more they can do. I dont recommend this place.

After my car sustained heavy damage from being rear ended I brought it to Chuck Nash Collison Center. Im fairly new to the area and didnt know where to take my car but they were recommended by my insurance company. They took care of everything! They had a loner car for me to use since I didnt have rental coverage (fixing that now) and it was a nice car! They gave me a 30 day estimate on the time it would take to fix the car but they got me my car back at least a week and a half early! It looks brand new like that horrible incident was erased from history!
Such great service! They put their customers first! I love working with Chuck Nash. They were super responsive and kept me up to date with my car. They allowed me to drop my car off and had it back to me before the estimated time. They are definitely my first call the next time I have car issues.

I went to chuck Nash collision center to get my car repaired. The Chevrolet agency had recommended me to go there. They took longer then what they said. At first they had said it would take only one month and it ended up taking 3 months. They would keep moving the day. Once the car was ready the interior of the car was damaged. They did not cover the interior when they were working on it, they were not careful. I took it a second time to get it repaired because I had accidentally hit a deer and damaged the left side fender on the driver’s side and you could not open the door. I had told them to not use that door and to not try to open it because it would damage the car even more, but they did not care they kept trying to open the door and damaged it even more. I decided to take it instead to the Toyota they had to paint over it because they had damaged it when they tried to open the door which was something that was not necessary to do. Every time we went to talk to the manager she was not there. She would always be smoking outside.

This shop has easy access to major highways, ample parking, very clean office with plenty of space. Every employee I had contact with was very friendly and knowledgeable about collision repair and my insurance company. The took care of everything, from the estimate to getting my car repaired, they even coordinated for me to get a rental car, and collecting the money from my insurance. My car was ready when promised and they cleaned it inside and out, it looked new again. I will never use another collision shop, these people are the best.

They do great work but.....They had my car for 7 weeks to replace a door, order a rocker (which the adjuster said took two weeks to come in) and weld it (they ordered the part within the 1st week). This was around the hail storm time in April and they took 7 weeks!! Dropped my car off April 12 and picked up June 1st. They took FOREVER! Communication sucked as I have 4 different dates and it got to the point that I had to call just to see the status (luckily they got me a rental). I honestly think they did hail repairs rather than complete my job in a timely manner. Not to mention they SCRATCHED a panel on my car. I brought it up and she said said she had to check photos. Guess what, they scratched it. Was told the part should be in the shop within a week or two and I had to come up here today (July 15th, 6 weeks later) to see why I hadn’t received a call. Didn’t receive any acknowledgment from the adjuster, honestly seemed like she was annoyed I came back. I won’t be coming back here based on the time they took (I was quoted 4 weeks initially and it turned to 7) the commutation the give and the service isn’t very pleasant. Good luck and if you do decide to get your repairs done I hope they meet your timeline!!

I’m a first year college student and live 5 hours away from home. My second week here, someone hit my car in the parking lot and caused a lot of damage to my bumper. I was really worried about it because I’m not a car person and I didn’t have my parents here to help me. However, Chuck Nash employees were sure to take care of everything for me and even help me get a rental through Enterprise so I wasn’t car-less. It was definitely a 10/10 experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
Once our vehicle was finished it looked amazing. There was one woman that was not working on our case but was incredible, I frequently checked in on our car to see the progress and she was always smiling and happily walked me back to see our car. If we need body work done again we will definitely bring it back here.
They had my vehicle for almost a month for a fender bender but I understand that ordering parts can’t tak a while so that’s not a problem. Once I got the vehicle back the work looked amazing and just as good as driving the car off the lot. I only had two problems with my vehicle once I picked it up. First problem I want to know why my vehicle was in the so called shop for almost a month but yet the shop put almost 500 miles on my vehicle. I’m sorry but there is no reason my vehicle should have 100 miles on it while it’s i the shop let alone almost 500. That’s ridiculous and makes me want to know just what they were doing while my vehicle was in there care. Second thing I gave the vehicle with three quarters of a tank of gas and revived it with a quarter. So not only did they put almost 500 miles on the car they also gave it back with almost no gas. So no I would not recommend this shop and I wouldn’t even trust them with a bicycle. Zero stars if I could
I sent my jetta in for repair at the beginning of March for a decent amount of damage on my back bumper, they had predicted the damages would take a week to fix - and that got pushed back to finding more damage once they took everything apart... fine. My complaints began two and a half weeks in when every time I called in to check on my vehicle it was still waiting to be painted. 6 days I waited, then an extra 2 days to dry thanks to the rain, and when I came to pick it up they didnt have the proper kit to reattach my spoiler so they sent me home without my spoiler and assured me that they would put me in a rental and reattach the spoiler as soon as they had the proper tools to do so. this was over a week ago. Its just a little absurd a collision center was so unprepared. Theyre at least friendly.

They replaced my rear axle after an accident and it only lasted 10 months. Took it back and they swapped it out with another defective rear axle that lasted another 10 months. They told me that the 2nd axel did not have a warranty and I am out $3500. Customer service is also terrible. Went by the office on 3 different occasions over 2 weeks, to talk to my sales rep, who was not there. The front desk said they would have them call me back on all THREE occasions but never did. I had to finally catch him on my 4th attempt. I should have taken my truck to a more professional place that stands by their work and the products they sell.

We took our truck to Chuck Nash to have a small dent repaired. Dominic gave us updates and it was ready on the day he told us. Im pretty picky about my truck and was really supprised at what a fantastic job they had done! I highly recommend these guys!
I was very pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. I was told what to expect up front, I was kept updated on the progress of the repairs, and Chuck Nash completed the work early. And most importantly, they did a great job on my car.
Allstate recommended this place and I now know why. They dont need to send in adjusters to look at the damage. They just take their word on what needs fixing. The girl we spoke to insured us that everything would be done with certified parts and not one word regarding refurbished parts was mentioned. Now the bumper is coming apart and the Allstate adjuster (with an engineering degree) yes he had to throw that out there. He said the bumper not holding was due to running over a curb or bump on the road and had nothing to do with the repairs!!! Seriously!! The bumper has been on the car for two weeks and the pins are breaking off and thats not due to bad parts and has nothing to with the repair?!!! This place sucks and I wouldnt trust them to repair a tricycle.
Chuck Nash Collision center had my new car for seven weeks to repair a minor cosmetic fix on the bumper. It should have been a two to three day fix, according to the initial estimate. I returned five times to get my car back to find the work unsatisfactory. I used Chuck Nash because it was a preferred shop by the insurance carrier. After seven weeks, I still have to take my car elsewhere because the paint color does not match the rest of the car. I do not reccomend this bodyshop for any repairs. Not even small ones!

Had a minor accident occur, family member messed up door and side mirror, and called to see how long it would take to get damage repaired. They said they could get it done quickly, and they werent backed up or anything. I decided to take it here. Its been there over 2 weeks and its still not done. I will give the benefit of the doubt and say my insurance adjustor took over 4 days to sign off and let them order parts, but I called up Monday of the second week and they gave me an estimate of friday. This seemed long to replace the door, panel and mirror but as long as I had it by Friday I was cool with it. I work out my vehicle and being without for almost a month at this point has depleted any savings. Now its friday and I call and the door and stuff are just now getting into paint and now theyre pushing for it to be ready on Monday. Thats ridiculous! I have multiple body work men in my family and have seen them do similar jobs in a few hours. My grandfather has replaced doors, panels, hood, and some interior on project cars people paid him to fix, in a week worth of time. Im fine with being accommodating, so I didnt mind waiting until Friday, but have it done by then. If you are backed up to begin with, then dont lie and say you can have the car finished quickly just to get the business. I never write reviews on businesses, Ive done it once before in an old apartment complex whos management was terrible, but the lying to get business in the door and then taking their time finishing an at most 3 day task is ridiculous
Customer service wasnt too bad, wasnt the best either though. Was told oh we didnt even take your back window out so seeing how its leaking, thats not on us...oh wait yes we did I see it now. Ive taken my truck back numerous times without getting what needed to be fixed, actually fixed. Piss-pore work, no attention to detail. Runs in paint, fender is still bent from accident, instead of being replaced its just digging into my dam headlight. The bed of my truck was still pushed in from the accident, rocker panel work was all jagged like a serrated blade on a knife, paint work looks dull. Back window was leaking from their second install (yes this happened before) now I have a big water mark on my headliner but hey thats fine right? The list goes on. Do yourselves a favor and go get your vehicle fixed correctly at a actual body shop. Oh and if I could give this company zero stars for effort I would.
