Needed to get a tire fixed so I went to Evans tire in San Marcos. Rios helped me and he was awesome!! The tire had 3 nails in it, with one in the sidewall, so unfixable. He was able to get the new tires I needed late in the day so I could drive to Las Vegas that night. Minimal wait time, great price. Thank you Evans Tire !! Great job Rios!!!

If you are contemplating going anywhere else, you would be incorrect. We have had Evans servicing our vehicles for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. We have had basic services, oil changes, and such, to more complex repairs done and across the board they are phenomenal. The prices are fair and competitive, they are timely, and they are personable. I wouldnt take our vehicles anywhere else.

Bryant at Evan’s Tires is an amazing mechanic who knows how to explain the inner workings of an automobile in laymen’s terms. I left feeling well-informed and able to make clear decisions on future servicing needed for my vehicle. I’ve always gone to the Chrysler dealership for all vehicle servicing. Bryant pointed out things that the dealership hadnt tagged, never once saying anything derogatory about the dealership. That takes integrity! Grateful that Bryant was my mechanic today. I feel better about my teenager driving this car thanks to him!

Great bunch of guys. My tire was punctured by a very large screw in the sidewall. They saw my newborn baby with me and helped me out right away. They not only prioritized my problem but called a nearby location for the particular tire. They were well priced for the rush job, and got me on my way ASAP. Thanks for the excellent work!!

I would highly recommend Evans tires in San Marcos. We had 2 trucks that needed new tires and Evans tires was running a promotion. They had some reviews online that weren’t great, so I was a little hesitant, but their price was unbeatable so I decided to give them a try. Both employees that I dealt with were friendly and patient with all of my questions. They got both cars done in the same day and never tried to upsell or recommend anything that I didn’t need. And they continue to take care of your tires with free rotation, balance and road hazard.

These guys have always had the best deal when it comes to new tires. When they had a buy two get two free sale thats actually what I got. No upsale or unqualified tire pitch. Just four quality tires at a reasonable price. Plus they came with roadside assistance. How nice is that?

This is my go to for tires, the guys always are quick and to the point. Good selection of brands and price range. Plan ahead, have a ride ready, prepare to leave your car and let the guys do their work . I have also shown up at random and they had open bays to get my car in immediately. Usually get a call within the time frame they give me when I leave my car. They have an alignment machine so getting it all done in one place is nice. Other tire spots only do tires. Thanks.

Their prices have high rocketed!! Weve been going here for many years and their oil change prices have steadily increased throughout the years, understandably, but from our last oil change to the one we had today their price almost doubled! We paid $110 for a simple oil change today!!! Outrageous! They dont tell you they increased their prices till youre ready to pay... then they shock you. Their service has also gone down with their price increase. We use to get a vehicle maintenance inspection sheet with everything they checked and any comments or recommendations. They stopped doing this. They also dont give you a print out of the alignment. You just have to trust that they did it. Overall not much value for what you pay.

I am usually a die hard discount tire customer. However, earlier this year Evans Tire had an amazing deal on some tires. Ever since I’ve bought the tires, the customer service has been exceptional. I recently had an unfixable sidewall puncture. Good thing I got the warranty...$50 to get a new tire. Service is always prompt and the employees go above and beyond. Even without an appointment it never takes long to get in and out.

I was not planning on getting new tires, but I noticed my front tire was in poor shape. I called Evans tire in Escondido, due to being almost 4pm they couldn’t get me in for same day. They did call Evans tire in San Marcos who could get it done. That extra step was greatly appreciated. When I arrived in San Marcos they already had my tires and a bay open for me. In less than an hour I was on the road again. Great service, quality tires and a low price....this is my go-to place.

Great tire shop. The guys that run the store are very professional. No nonsense. Their goal is to get customers in and out as quickly as possible.Their selection of tires is also better than most other shops. They carry brands here that they dont have at other tire stores. They always have a Buy One, Get One Free promotion on I believe all tires.

This place is the worst of places. I took my car for alignment and tire balancing, but it came out worse, they did a very orrible job. now my car has a lot of noise. Dont support these liars.They called me while I was waiting to have my tiers changed Barry told me that my breakes needed new rear pads. This was a lie. The next day I purchased new pads and after taking the tires and breaks apart I noticed that they still had about half the pad left.I just want to support business who dont try to rip you off.If you speak to Barry P. dont trust what he tells you.Dont trust evens tires.

Job done fast and right no hassle

I called yesterday to order 4 tires and was told they would be here today for my appointment.Today I arrive and the tech advises us that I need an alignment, and I agree. After nearly 2 hours I was told the alignment was successful but the tires that were supposed to be here for our appointment never arrived.I also was told that there would be no way to get these tires tomorrow, or this weekend.So basically I wasted two hours of my day to get an alignment that wasn’t necessary and will most likely need to be redone once I finally find a worthwhile shop to get tires at.I was not offered to price match in stock tires for THEIR mistake.And I also had to use the bathroom and they sent me around in circles to find it.Poor communication & experience.0/10 would not recommend.

Told me what else needed to be fixed on my car even though i only took it in for new tires. Did really good work and were transparent. Even let me see the shocks so a good family friend could tell me what to look for in a bad shock so i could know in the future. Was a good learning experience.

I Always go to Discount Tire. Thought I would try out Evans. They have a big sign saying they beat Discount Tire prices. Obviously, not on the first try. I got a quote for some tires which the salesperson said I get 2 free. Not a good quote. Went to Discount Tire on the way home. Their quote was much better and I had plenty of options to go with a higher or lower range tire. Evans Tire just turned out to be a waste of time.

Needed a trailer tire mounted on a wheel so I called several tire shops in north county. They all wanted the full amount they would charge for wheel removal, mounting and balancing which I did not need. Evans tire off San Marcos Blvd told me to just come in and they would mount it for free. This shop was amazing and didn’t feel the need to take advantage of a customer. In my experience these guys at this shop are stand up guys and I would definitely recommend them!

I was the first customer this morning to get an oil change and it took them almost 3 hours. I have never waited so long for a simple oil change. Really disappointed! Casey has great customer service but I do wish they could have explained the excessive time it took for an oil change.

Completely disgusted how the experience went. We brought a 2014 Honda Civic in with 44,000 miles on it for a simple oil change. They told her she needed new struts. Which is weird because its a Honda and its still young on the miles and year. My Cousin trusted them before her big trip she is really excited about. I get a call from her because I work for Honda and sold her the car, she was really worried her trip now might be ruined due to these new unknown costs. So we have her bring the car in to our Honda store which is out of the way andtook her entire morning up to have a certified Honda rep look at it. And guess what the struts were perfectly fine we all got to look at them ourselves and even got a walk through on what to look for if they were going bad. They seemed not to care about what happened when it was completely clear what they tried to do. I see good reviews on here but from this experience I wouldnt send anyone here ever. You put a lot of trust with the people who touch your car and this was just really bad its that simple. Take your car somewhere honest.

Ordered tires they delivered them I brought motorhome in he said no way I can do them.yet I where I was parked they could have done tire no problem. Jeff refused was no help at all.i went to discount tire they said no problem well take care of you. Bottom line Im done with Evans never again waste my time customer service is non existent at Evans tire!
