I would not recommend this place at all. whether its for buying a car or for a service. I bought a brand new car and 2.5 months later i see that front bumper is loose so I took it to them and they said they fixed it. when they said they fixed it i thought its fixed for good (They didnt charge anything n said it was covered under warranty). It only stayed tight for few months n I start seeing same issue again. I took my car again because this time the whole bumper is touching the ground while driving. Now I was given estimate for $1100 for me to pay out of pocket. Service department said Body shop needs to take care of it and body shop says they cant decide who needs to pay for the repair. Then the manager from the service department called and said it could be the 3rd Toyota service where I have taken my car for my 2nd free oil change. So basically they acted like they fixed it at first and told me it was covered under warranty then for the same issue they gave me estimate by blaming the 3rd service store. NEVER GO TO THIS TYPE OF PLACE. NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL. Offering 10% discount from $110 estimate does not help. No customer/clients wants to pay anything out of pocket if they know that service department didnt fixed it in the first place.
I recently relocated to this area and needed my car serviced. Called and spoke with Gabby T whom was so helpful and friendly. I showed up to this facility in the afternoon and was immediately approached by Bob whom then called on Vince Gil to assist. I explained my situation and recent move. He took down my info and I took the shuttle back home with Bob. Around 4:30pm I hadn’t heard the status of my car so I called and explained that I again needed a shuttle to go pick up my car. They told me no shuttle was available but that Vince was going to come in his private vehicle to take me to get my car. He went above and beyond for me to ensure I got my car back in time to go to work the following day.Wow! Great service Toyota San Marcos and thanks to your team for exceptional customer service! This place runs like a finely oiled machine. I appreciate the fact that they contact me to schedule my maintenance when it is due. Life gets busy and it is one less thing that I have to worry about remembering and getting done. There is construction going on but they have signs everywhere so that you are not confused as to where to go. Someone comes out and confirms the service to be done and then you wait. Today was 1.5 hours and 2 minutes before that time my car was finished. It is a really nice touch that they wash your vehicle after it is serviced and they go over what work was done and answer any question you may have. Everyone who works there has a smile and a good morning greeting. No one really likes to wait but for the quality service, friendly staff, and a clean and welcoming environment (despite construction) it is well worth it. Car buying simple, service even simpler.
It was my first time at this location and the staff was very fast, friendly, and helpful. The waiting areas are peaceful and quiet. This will definitely be my go-to for any services on my Toyota :)
Good overall service. Have been going there 6 years. They forgot to change headlight. Had to go back. Took another 2 hours. Time before, brakes smoking after brake pads changed when I got home. They also left my car out when in for service overnight . Car was hailed on and totaled. They didnt pay for damage. New car prices dont seem to be competitive with others and they cant get in the vehicles a shipper desires.
Took my Wife’s 2021 RAV4 that was purchased new from this dealership, in for its scheduled “Toyota Care” service. While I was there, I told the service writer (professional young man, which is why I even gave a 3) about a wheel cover that was cracked that had been installed by the San Marcos dealer when we purchased the vehicle new.The service writer told me that they wouldn’t warranty it because it was an accessory????This was a new accessory they installed on a brand new car. I first noticed it after my first tire rotation around 3500 miles. My last three vehicles have been Toyota’s and the New Mexico dealer was top notch in every way and never had an issue.Very disappointed!!
This was my first time using this dealership since moving closer to San Marcos. The service could’ve been better. I went in for an oil change, was greeted nicely and promptly. Then I was advised where to wait. I waited for 3 hours long and all while waiting everyone in the waiting room was getting updates on their vehicle like they should. No one was approaching me. I waited a little longer still not one person came to give me an update on my vehicle. Then at the 3 hour mark, I got up to see about my truck. As I was walking around the dealership, I noticed my truck was parked and ready. Who knows how long it was just sitting there ready to go. Then when I asked the service advisor about my truck he said, “ oh yeah they are pulling it out now.” Which I then advised him that’s not my truck my truck is parked ready to go for who knows how long. I am not sure if I will come back for another service or to purchase a vehicle if this is the service I received.
Slow oil change and tire rotation. Understand new ownership and upgrades, but dont schedule so many at shop. Peoples time is important and you cant make time back. Salesmen are doing a better job than before.
I was so amazed how everything was handled. So organized, so helpful especially the young man Tim who help my wife get her vehicle fixed. She said the same, so organized and Tim was very helpful. We had a good experience there at the Toyota dealership in San Marcos, Tx we will come back for any kind of maintenance.
Great customer service. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. Richard was very helpful and made sure my car got taken care of in a timely manner. The work was done as promised.
Definitely a 5 star experience. Our family came in on a whim and were helped immediately. We settled on a vehicle quickly and the salesman that assisted us was very helpful. He was very kind and even put in the effort to learn all eight of out names. It was a wonderful experience and were looking forward to picking up our vehicle in a few weeks.
Maintenance is usually such a hassle. It was nice the service I received from San Marcos Toyota was easy to schedule, efficient, and on time. I appreciate the effort they make to make the experience a pleasant one
Made an appointment just for an oil change 3 days before. I get there and they say it’ll be about an hour wait. Which doesn’t make sense because I had an appointment. Got there at 8:30 for my appointment and didn’t get the keys until 11. All for a simple oil change which should have taken 30 minutes. What is the point of making an appointment if they are just going to treat you as a walk in.
My husband took his car in for general repairs. We treated like a person and things were explained thoroughly. I will be back.
Great check-in and ongoing communication despite 3+ hour experience
I’m very satisfied with their service at the collision center at Toyota of San Marcos! Is my third time bringing a vehicle and they did an excellent job! I highly recommend this shop! Great job 👍🏼
Overall great last minute service done to my 2006 scion XA while driving through…excellent customer service as well. Highly recommend. Thank you
Went in to get my brakes checked for weird noises. I talked with Mat and he was very nice and polite. However, the dealership quoted me for $700 of repairs so I decided to get a second opinion and another shop did it for half of that. So take that as you will. In addition, the shop was extremely full and busy so even getting my car looked at took over a day. Either hire more people or refer people - it’s ok to turn people away! Id rather be referred than wait days to see if there’s anything even wrong.
I went in for general maintenance. I had an appointment. I was told it would take 1.5 hours. After 3 hours of waiting, I found the man who checked me in and I asked about my car. He had no clue. However, within 10 minutes my car was presented to me. It makes me wonder if I had not asked, how long would I have set there? He blamed it on the computer update that was needed. It would have been nice to have let me know why it was taking so long. Communication with the customer is important. I was not happy when I left. I’m not sure I will return to this dealership. I was very dissatisfied.
Richard was one of the nicest people there!! He helped answer all my questions I had about my car that I didn’t even know about! It was also my first time taking my vehicle to this location and they were very nice! I was worried about how long it will take but just within the next day of when I dropped it off it was ready!! They are on top of things!
I get my car serviced once a year, oil changed, tires rotated and inspection and have had good experiences with this dealership where I bought my car. Everyone is nice, friendly and helpful. Also they washed and dried off my car, nice service. It is a little drive from Austin but I like the service and will continue to go back.
Nice and clean. Place to sit outside and inside. Friendly reps. Would take my car there again. Thank you for your speedy service.Thank you.
Brought the Tacoma TRD Pro in for first service. I was a little early (about 4600 miles). Service was prompt, no complaints. Need to have maintenance reminder reset, otherwise a good experience.
Great experience! Great staff! They really took great care of me. I would recommend San Marcos Toyota to all my family and friends.
Other than the text saying I missed my appointment and long wait time upon arrival it was nice. My Service Advisor was a female which was nice too. Im hoping whatever construction is being done will make it even better.
Had to get some recalls done and Richard was very helpful with other areas my car needed attention. Shuttle experience was great too!
Love getting my vehicle service at San Marcos Toyota, my Service Advisor Glen helped me with an oil change and he’s always a professional, keeps me up to date on my vehicle and gets me out in a timely manner, my experience at San Marcos Toyota is always truly exceptional.
My service advisor was Gabriela. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The wait was a little long, but the report that Gabriela went over with me was thorough. She made a service trip into the dealer quite pleasant.
The service I received was first rate from the lady who made my appointment to the lady who took my payment. The service tech, Guy, was very professional and helpful as well as the two drivers who took me home and brought me back when my truck was ready. I told Guy well I probably need it all four brakes done but as it turned out he told me that the only the front two brakes needed to be done.I appreciate the integrity and it is something that I rate very highly. Overall everyone provided professional services, the same kind of service I have experienced in the last 15+ years I have been coming to San Marcos Toyota.
Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, helpful and professional, got a courtesy ride home when I dropped off my 4runner for a transmission service, price was fair and when they were done they washed my vehicle. I didnt think anyone did that anymore. I was impressed. I will be back.
Martin was very helpful and was excellent at communication. Both he and the attendant who checked me in took note of my concerns and requests and they were addressed fully to my satisfaction. I very much appreciate their attention to detail and would not hesitate to do business with them again. The service took a little longer than I would have liked but in all fairness, they were very busy while I was there and Martin checked in with me twice while I was waiting. Excellent.
I purchased a vehicle and I knew something was wrong. I do not trust the service department at the dealership I got the vehicle from, due to recent experiences with them. I choose to take my vehicle here, knowing I would have to pay, though I may not of had I taken it where I purchased my car. Anyhow, Guy was my service advisor and he was wonderful from start to finish. He took the time to listen to my concerns, asked questions, and made sure he had all the details correct so when the mechanic got it, he knew what I was experiencing with my car. Guy stayed in constant contact with me, while my car was there (6 days to no fault of the service department here). Guy also made sure my vehicle was ready when I had to have it back, actually a day early. I am so appreciative of the service Guy gave, and the quality of work the mechanic did on my car. That peace of mind, knowing when I put my children in the car that they are now safe, is a wonderful feeling. I am so grateful to now have a place to take my cars that I can trust and know they truly care about their customers. Thank you again to Guy for being so wonderful during my chaos, and to the mechanic who dealt with my headache of a car. This service department is the best I have found ❤
Came in for an oil change, was recommended I get a few fluids to be changed as well. They could have told me to change transmission fluid but advised against it which saved me money. Shows the integrity held here. Guy was my advisor and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back and would recommend getting service done here over generic service operations.
I had a 1:00 appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and requested a car wash and interior cleaning. I waited 10 minutes to be checked in and the car detailing information was not indicated for my appointment but they added it in. I also approved additional maintenance service as recommended (routine). Around 4:15 staff informed me that they had gone to lunch and detailing information was lost. They had not started the detail but offered me a rental for the evening so they could complete the detailing, which I declined. It took another 30 minutes to inform me the car was ready and said they did a minor detail inside free of charge. They also gave me a10% discount due to the delay. When I entered my vehicle no minor detailing had been done. While i appreciate the offer of a rental and a10% discount, the service was disappointing and I will not be returning to this location.
Staff was professional and courteous and salesman Eric went above and beyond. All of this was much appreciated.
Richard was great really helpful and friendly overall!
I was very impressed with the friendly & helpful attitude the Service Dept showed me. I felt as if I got personalized treatment. I am grateful.
Being new in Texas, Austin area, I’ve been checking out different areas and businesses. I checked with other Toyota dealers in the area, and I picked San Marcos because it is clean, more spacious and nicer waiting area. My experience was good. This will be my dealer from now on.
The service I received was extraordinary, not the least because of the excellent care I received by Matthew Seals. Matthew treated me very well, indeed.
They were kind, courteous, and very helpful. The got me in without an appointment and done in a few hours! I’ll be back! Our advisor was from New Orleans and was super personable and kind!
I was here yesterday. Arrived about 11:20ish was told it would be about an hour and fifteen minute wait.(So my expectation so to be wrapped up around 12:45.) Received a call at 12:24 saying my car was almost ready and they needed to confirm which wiper blades I wanted replaced. Around 1:10 I went inside to check the status of my car. I didn’t leave until 1:26. Had a more realistic wait time been expressed upon arrival, I would have gone elsewhere.
I had them change my oil, reprogram my passenger window that wasn’t working and they took care of the recall on the fuel pump. Service was excellent and John was my service advisor, he gets all five stars out of five! They also washed my car at no charge and did a great job!Excellent service and I recommend this dealership!
Everyone was great! Bryan, Jessica. StephanieThese people are very Good!
Where do I start.. I was not notified that my car would take longer than estimated, I had to call them and was late for work because of them. When I got my car the next day, it look like they parked by it next to grass as it was being cut before giving it back; it was so dirty. I was so fed it and just left. I would not be returning.
John was great. Got us in and out as promised. Shuttle rides super convenient. Our new goto Toyota dealer.
John was my contact in service and he was very personable and helpful. My only complaint was how expensive everything was but I have a feeling the parts were very expensive as everything is at this time. Otherwise, the service and munication was excellent.
Tires rotated within timely manner. Car retuned clean in & out.
Remove door panel (good job).broke passenger door mirror, now wont adjust. Truck went in spotless came out all spotted with soap and water spots
I was very satisfied with the speed and the quality of the service at San Marcos Toyota. After the routine maintenance my Prius V felt like a new car. Also, very personable service rep named Gabriela Trevino.
The service was good and the service technician named Guy was excellent. The only thing was it took 20 minutes standing by my vehicle to get with Mr. Guy and I was the only car waiting. That really needs to be addressed. Besides that they were very nice and helpful, even got a shuttle to the outlet mall and back. My car is running great again so not a huge complaint.
Service was excellent. Communication was timely and efficient. Work was completed on time. However, protective mat and large plastic seat cover was left in car at time of pickup along with the large service number hanging from mirror.
Great Service...Rayce (customer service agent) was very helpful!
Great service! They repaired my car in one day, very efficient and updated me throughout the repairs. Brian took care of my vehicle and I would recommend him for quality service.
Service as always was professional, courteous and timely. Advisor greeted me warmly and courteously. Advised me of the approximate time and offered me a comfortable waiting area with coffee and drinks. Vehicle was serviced on a timely basis. Vehicle was sanitized before it was turned over to me. John the technical advisor explained the work performed and provided me my bill.Thank you for your courtesy and professional service
They were great and I will be back to continue getting my vehicle serviced.
My service manager was wonderful. (Yikes. I think his name was Martin...) He helped me understand some new ways of looking at taking care of my car. I LOVED having my car washed! Thank you new owners. It feels like you care about customers.
Service was for parts replacement per Toyota recall. Staff very courteous and professional. First time at this dealer, and first impression was good. The only issue was that it took nearly 3 hrs for the shuttle van to come pick me back up when the car was ready. Seems to have been a staff communication issue.
Vehicle was done for over an hour and sitting in the parking lot, before I was notified and could leave. Car wash was provided but the license plate was bent in all 4 corners upon completion
5000 mi check up. Comfortable and spacious waiting room and courtesy shuttle available. Very accommodating service personnel!
I arrived for my appointment at 10am for 30,000 mile service. Was told it wouldn’t be finished until 2 or 3. That they were very busy, with so many new people moving to the area. If I had been informed when I made my appointment, that it could take 5 or 6 hours, I would have planned accordingly. I live too far away to be shuttled home.Actually, their express bays are closed, they knew this, and could have told me in advance that it would be slower service. Also, they rotated my tires but didn’t balance the tires. Wish they had discussed with me, so it could be done while the tires were off. Guess they’re just too busy...To me, quality of service is important in my car buying decisions.
My service writer Fred was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They were able to get it fixed in one day and it was below the estimated price! First class service thank you!
Ive been taking both of my Toyota cars to San Marcos Toyota for over 10 years but this recent experience will be the last at this location. $600+ for an oil change, tire rotation and replacing both headlights seems a bit high. I was originally quoted $33 for each headlight only to learn they are actually $150 each after I declined a recommendation of another $500 in repairs. I did get a car wash out of it though and a cup of coffee. I get it, the staff is probably overworked and repairs to their express service are still not completed (seems like for over a year) making difficult to get a time to service your car. But the updates to the waiting area are done so thats a plus. Perhaps my expectation of better service by being a long time customer with multiple cars was shortsighted. Generally, service is good despite the expense but thats what youre paying for when you go to a dealer. Customer service is friendly and you can book appointments online which is nice. But this last experience has made me decide to take my business elsewhere.
Very respectful crew. Like they came to work happy and it reflect on the way they interact with people.
I hit something on the freeway which damaged the tire and undercarriage. Toyota towed me in for free, fixed my car within 2 hours perfectly with a CAN Do attitude. They were busy already!
The staff are nice, professional and good quality of work done.
John was fantastic to work with. Experience was fast and I felt well taken care of.
This is the only place Ill go to get my car serviced. Fred Means is a champion and helped make the process so smooth. My brakes were absolutely overdue, and he was able to quickly get me fixed up. He was also very transparent about pricing, timeliness, and what needed to be fixed and why. The cashiers are also so helpful and kind, and will make sure youre taken care of
3-31-21, I had an appointment for 10am. I was in for 30,000-mile service. I did not get out of there until after 1:30. Finally went to checkout desk to inquire about my truck. “Oh, I just got the paperwork,” I don’t understand why it took so long to get done with my service. I could have gone to an oil change place and paid $39 or so and been back home in 30 minutes and not have had to drive 40 miles to San Marcos Toyota. After I got home, I checked to see what, if anything, they did. They were supposed to change out in-cabin air filter and engine air filter at 30,000, but according to paperwork, remark was “May require future attention.” Really? On plus side, Fred, the service guy, and Jessica, who helped me with connecting my phone to truck, were really nice and helpful.
If you take your vehicle elsewhere it is a disservice to yourself. I have entrusted Toyota of San Marcos to handle a situation that two others could not (Toyota of Boerne & North Park Toyota) (check out my reviews as to why not to take your vehicle to Toyota of Boerne and the hostile situation the fixed operations director Sean Moore created). Glen Cisneros and all of the staff worked in conjunction to resolve my issue. They were so amazing, not only did they find the issue I was concerned about they also found another issue that needed immediate resolving whereas this could have been a major problem for my vehicle they were able to fix it the worst part was the other two locations did not find either problem. I can not attest enough my gratitude towards the team at Toyota of San Marcos. I was taken care of beyond belief with magnificent people, issued a rental with no problems, and even had free tacos on Saturday!!! However, the most important thing to remember is the team at San Marcos really and truly work together more than anywhere I have seen communication is key and they hold the key here! Do not take your vehicle elsewhere if you can bring it here and let these wonderful and amazing people work with you to resolve any concerns you may have they will beat your expectations and you can trust that the job will be done right!!!! Thank you Toyota of San Marcos!Sincerely,Rafael R. Muñoz Jr.
John was my advisor he was very informative and got my car back to me in a timely matter even with the construction San Marcos Toyota is going under. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone for service. Honest and fair!!!
It was incredibly easy to sign up for an appointment online. When we got to the dealership, our service advisor Guy Page was incredibly nice and kept us updated. Highly recommend.
San Marcos Toyota is my favorite place for car maintenance. They were organized despite how busy they were and even washed my car!
The staff was amazing but I question why my truck suddenly needed a starter since I had not had any problems. I went in for a air bag recall and suddenly after that task was performed my truck suddenly needed a starter. Sorry my truck had not had any issues until this time. Starters normally give you warning before they stop. I was charged $ 419.00 for the repairs which is is all of a week’s unemployment. So needless to say I think these repairs were bogus.
They fit us in on short notice in middle of long road trip. Very courteous, professional, and generous
Martin in service was so helpful, friendly and kept me informed of status. Will definitely be back!
My car was in a minor fender bender and not it did they take great care of it, its warrantied for the lifetime that I own it! I was kept up to date with progress and it was fixed in a timely manner. I greatly appreciate Greg and all the time he took with me to make sure I was educated and comfortable.
Brought my 4Runner in for a parking brake adjustment and 100k fluid changes. Gabby was a great advisor. Even though they over-adjusted the parking brake (could smell it rubbing/burning when I got home), they resolved the issue free of charge and it works perfectly now. Have heard mixed reviews about this place but my experience was ok.
The online scheduling software the San Marcos Toyota dealership uses is not worth the time logging in. The appointment times are not kept and are meaningless. I had a 9 AM, and was told it would be three hours (for less than an hour’s work by the clock).Call and get a service advisor on the phone. Find out when the service department opens, and drop off your car first, or it’s you time to waste.Work was proper, done as requested, and a reasonable price. (Just a note, avoid the brake line flush unless you are having the calipers rebuilt, or a brake was damaged in a wreck, unless Toyota has a Service Bulletin requiring it that they can show you. It’s not routine maintenance, only profit in my opinion).
They reached out often to update me when recall parts were available and were able to schedule a same day appointment with me to repair the recall parts. It didn’t take long at all and the process was very painless with excellent friendly service :)
I had a 1pm appointment to get a tire rotation. It took over an hour and a half for my car to get this simple service. If they are over booking their technicians that it takes that amount of time for a simple tire rotation, then it’s a management problem that needs to be addressed.
San Marcos made me feel like a king, I highly recommend San Marcos Toyota for any automotive needs. Glen in service was fantastic!
We had a great Servcie person this time. She went above and beyond. We have not been fans of this dealership’s service Dept in the past, but she just might have turned us around. She making changes here, and that’s a good thing. We will hang in and hope it lasts.
I had a scheduled ozone treatment for my used vehicle. Melanie G. was very professional and on time. The service technician who performed the service came out and explained what he did and suggested I could also install a charcoal cabin air filter. Melanie even had my car washed afterwards. Having been my first time to engage in this service, there was a strong deodorizing type scent after. But it has since mostly subsided and achieved its goal.
Air bag recall. the customer care donot answer but if u go physically they are too good.
Professional, courteous, and informative. Guy, the service specialist who assisted me was never less than gracious, engaging and informative. Could not recommend SM Toyota more highly.
They’re always so nice and prompt here, I love how helpful they are
Everyone was extremely busy and obviously highly stressed. I received a lot of attitude for not having an appointment even though I was willing to leave the car. I was asked if I had been a past customer, I had to state that I had purchased five cars here (not sure about any more). I was shamed on not bringing the car in every 5,000 miles for tire rotation every time the “Maintenance Required” sign popped up. I assured the technician that the 25,000 mark was the first time I ever received this message. I was questioned on my very low mileage. After having my car for five shouts and 15 minutes before closing I was informed that my car would not pass inspection because of the windshield wipers. Not wanting to go through such an ordeal again I paid for the $66 wipers. This left an extremely bad taste in my ever coming back as such a convenient money making shortfall.
Guy was the service assistant that helped me. He was very polite and professional. He went over the services performed and advised when I should bring my vehicle back for the next service. It was a very pleasant atmosphere and very customer service oriented.
Super disappointed. I had to take my truck for a airbag recall. Toyota send me letters stating that it was dangerous to drive my truck and to schedule an appointment asap and that a loaner car could be available. Well they lied. Apparently San Marcos Toyota doesnt have loaner cars. They offer trolley services but thats not what I needed I felt stuck having to lose income for not having my truck and time because their trolling service had to be a schedule according to all the customer. I had to pick my child from school and I was late because the trolling van was late. But what upset me the most is the lying. It seems that they would do like or do everything to not loan you a car.. they send me a ad in the mail saying COMPLIMENTARY LOANER VEHICLE WITH ANY SERVICE WORK OF $500 or more exp 2/15/21. Why can they be honest? It is not my fault they used a dangerous airbag to begin with, but Im still paying for their mistakes.
Great timely service for an airbag recall. They also provided a free shuttle. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
The service department is definitely better than the sales department.
Fabulous work with reasonable pricesVery satisfied with the entire processBryan Bond took care of my PM needsHighly recommended
10/10 do NOT recommend San Marcos Toyota. Told them I simply wanted an oil change and nothing else. When I went to pay, the total came out to $66 dollars.... for an oil change?! Come to find out they charged me for an air filter I did not need, want or had budgeted for. The fact that they gave me something and assumed that I needed but never asked for or wanted is completely absurd. Especially in a pandemic when everyone is struggling financially and relying on a tight budget. Of course they expected me to pay for it because it was “already in my car” and only took off the $5 service charge. That’s the best that they could do?! I have been servicing my Toyota for over 3 years now and have never had a problem until yesterday. I am sorely disappointed in this business and will never be returning.
Am a many years customer of this San Marcos, Tx Toyota facility and have always gotten great service and custom care Like one of the family. Just down right great folks. People you can trust. Take my word for it.
My Service guy Fred Means was Professional and diligently took care of car servicing from start to the end. Im very happy I went to San Marcos Toyota. Ill tell my friends how well the job was completed and Ill go there again.
Amazing service! John was so friendly and our truck looked brand new when I picked it up.
Customer Service were very polite and attentive to my needs. Service was handled the same day and communicated to me. Will gladly use again.
I had a good experience with the service manager, the car rental associates, and cashier. I had two computer modules replaced that work the dash indicators. When I picked up the car, the minute I got into my vehicle, I couldnt believe what I saw. Someone had apparently cracked the panel on the dashboard by the start button and put super glue in a 3 triangle to put it back together! I just couldnt believe it. This job cost $1,139.94...and someone thought I would be OK with that! I keep my car very clean, as I travel a lot for my job. I just couldnt beleive someone would do that and think it is OK. I immediately went back in to the service Mgr and he said they would get me a new panel and replace it. It made me have many doubts and second thoughts about the quality of workmanship that was done on my engine and the computer part installation. Why did the person who did this not own up to this obvious mistake? Not good...just still cant believe it.
When I showed up without a appointment to get my 40,000 mile service performed a friendly lady came up to the vehicle right away to let me know someone would be with me shortly since they were very busy (8 vehicles in the line) In less than 5 minutes the service tech asked what I needed and took my keys and told me it might be a while since they were busy. To my surprise in less than 45 minutes I was back in my vehicle and on my way home. During those 45 minutes I went inside and got a cup of coffee and while I was wondering around 3 times someone from the dealership asked if I was being taken care of. It was very obvious the new owner and their team have customer service as a priority. Thanks for the great job and see you when I hit 45,000 miles.
Took about 2.5 hours with an appointment to get a scheduled mileage service done. The advisor was a nice guy. Some of the staff was maskless indoors and a great number of the patrons were too. Maybe avoid this dealership if that will bother you.
