Wait times are pretty long. Came during a slow hour and it took 20 minutes to get one sandwich. Given the fact that i was on a lunch break i only had 5 minutes to eat it. The food is okay so as long as youre not looking for quick service all i could say is its an okay place worth trying out

Been coming here for years now. The staff and the owners are always super friendly. The northern omelette on jalapeno pepper jack and the cinnamon sugar with strawberry cream cheese are the best!

Chef writing and Im experienced in food service and up to date on sanitation license. I went to place an order and waited for 40 minutes because they gave order to the incorrect customer. They tried to call the customer to get them to bring the order back to give it back to me. Even before the times of covid with temperature and time that is almost an hour with cold fish on top of hot food. It would have been in the temperature danger zone for longer than Im comfortable eating and honestly it could have been possible the customer already started eating the order. It took 15 minutes before I began to wonder if they remade the order. I asked and was appaled when they said they called the customer to get them to bring it back rather than remaking it. I watched them also handle ready to eat food with ungloved hands and I made sure to check if she had washed her hands before changing tasks. She didnt. I do not think I will be coming here again and if I get sick after eating what they remade I would not be surprised. Im actually amazed because Ive come before and their food was good so I am unsure what has happened since.

I was really hoping for a New York bagel experience. I was disappointed. The bagels were bigger than Noahs or Brueggers, but they had more of a bread texture than the chewiness I hear so much about. I would detonate skip the turkey sausage, more like a sawdust sausage. Everything else was great!

Dirty place. And the lady was making my sandwiches without gloves and touching it all. I walked off without my food. No way. The baking trays by the floor were filthy. I will never come back.

DONT COME HERE. The workers always mess up my order . The Asian manager always says it’s the customers fault when her bad workers never listen to your order or put the wrong meat on it . Bad workers, Bad manager, BAD SERVICE . DON’T GO TO BIG APPLE BAGELS

I was disappointed in this place. I gave it a second chance today but with the same result. I got the bacon egg and cheese bagel and the bacon was thinner than what you would expect from McDonalds. I think VONS makes better bagels too.

Decent price and a good amount of options. Service was what made me give it 5 stars though. The lady at the counter could not have been nicer! I will definitely go back based on my experience here.

Had lunch here. Sandwich was decent. The reason for the three stars is that each time weve been in there and its seldom, the customer service is not great. Consistently, the worker behind the counter has no greeting, no smile, and you get the impression they simply hate their job. So unless theres a coupon, we dont go.

Bagels are good. Sandwiches are good. They have these unreal-good muffins that have a cheesecake filling, worth going just for the muffins. The place is clean but always feels dark and dingy (i know it isnt but i cant help but to feel that way). Staff is always changing so some inconsistency with what your get between visits. More pros than cons with this place. Would recommend.

This is an alright bagel & sandwich place. The prices are pretty reasonable, and theres a variety of items. The stuff is prepared fairly quickly.I got the southern tradition bagel sandwich, which has egg, meat and cheese. The bacon was pretty crispy, which I like, the egg was pretty bland. The bagel itself, which was an everything bagel, was a little overcooked, and not because it was toasted for the sandwich. It also seemed a little dry, making these bagels pretty average.

The person that rang me up running the register to cut open my bagel and prepared my bagel toasted with spread(NO HAND WASH -NO GLOVES) while the manager/owner was visibly present. Clearly there is a bad hygiene culture at this location. ZERO CONCERN FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS HEALTH! Lazy!!

Delcious fresh baked bagels and twists. Tons of variety, cold sandwiches, hot sandwiches or just plain old bagel and cream cheese. Great Coffee and Muffin options too.

The customer service was good. I ordered a basil bagal with cream cheese and I really liked it I think I would comeback for it. The price is ok. They serve coffee and many cafe styled foods & drinks. I recommend this place.

Came here on a whim and can say Ill probably never go back. To start the guy ringing me up just really could care less about being there and didnt even attempt to fame interest in any of us in line. Now to the food: the lemon coconut muffin was good, but really only tasted like coconut with little to no lemon flavor at all. The lox on garlic, without tomatoes, I ordered my husband came out with everything but onions. When we asked them to remake it they argued that that was how he ordered it (yet I did the ordering). The rest was just as bland and definitely not worth going back to try something else. All in all mediocre, at best, food and sub-par customer service.

Everyone has to have a go-to bagel shop. This is mine. Everything is delicious, but I can never resist the traditional lox sandwich. But I usually sneak in a few mini muffins too.

This place is unreal. I was going to buy TWO bagel packs for an office and they were going to throw the bagels in BAGS. Oh yeah but hey buddy we can put in a box for $2.50 more each dozen. Considering I️t was already $24 for each dozen (incl cream cheese) that was absurd. False advertising on your price!Manager/owner was pretty short and rude in his response. Apparently he doesn’t want my business.Btw I went to Panera and I️t was $16 per bakers dozen (incl cream cheese) and they put in a box.Big Apple Bagels is losing my business forever as it’s a total disappointment

I ordered from the eat 24 PayPal app. The woman behind the counter was very rude quote it would be easier if you ordered from here her fax machine was out of paper, she was on the businesss phone making a personal call while eat24 was trying to contact them ..

Ive gone once food was great but than got twice after with a younger cook and Ive had diareah never going back again he usually had a magenta hat on with a headphone piece in his ear hes very rude and honestly very unsanitary ..btw this is the 1st time I ever rate a place be on the lookout its a young light skinned hispanic

I liked it there up untill today...They got my order wrong and I got less then what I paid for..but thats not what pissed me off. I was already home and wasnt going to spend gas to go all the way back there So I called and the young guy was very rude and insulted me because I let him know my order was wrong and that next time I come in if I could be compensated for it ...and he insulted me..Ill go get my free item but wont be spending a penny of money at place with terrible customer service.

Its the simple things that make this place great! The coffee is always hot, they dont skimp on the smear, and they cut your bagel in fourths.
