Oh my goodness! Be prepared when you walk in! They have an incredible selection of items and colors. I was lucky enough to find several things I was missing and needed. Everyone in the store was incredible and seemed glad to be there. We took our time and no one rushed us around or tried to aggressively sell us. They were informative and answered all questions well. Cant believe I waited so long to go in here.

Love this store! They have pretty good selection, from pots to plans to cookbooks to tools. Friendly staff and they are not under staffed.They also offer shipping, I remember it’s a flat fee depending on the value of products you bought. It’s very convenient if you’re traveling and don’t want to bring something as heavy as pot with you.In the store they have a small area presenting the process of how to make a Le Creuset pot, from row iron to finished product. It’s cute and educational lol.

Employees are super nice and knowledgeable. The prices are insane, as well. I shopped all around and found the same prices everywhere except here. I was looking for a 9 quart dutch oven to gift my mom for Xmas since I accidentally broke her stainless one she got for her wedding. The already low price coupled with the end of the year sale made it very affordable! They helped me pick out fun, cool accessories as well, including the stainless handle (which looks immensely better, imo). I was so impressed with the Employees and the pricing in the store, that I returned and bought myself an orange 5.5 quart dutch oven. It is a beautiful thing and I cant wait to start making all sorts of delicious recipes! A special thanks to Bryan, the employee that helped me both times I went in. Smart and nice fellow. 👌🏻

This store is so great! The employees are very helpful and helped us pick out a great wedding gift for a friend! One of the employees even remembered helping us when we bought our first piece several years back! Will definitely be back for more pieces to add to our collection!

I was very much looking forward to this shopping trip. While shopping for a birthday present an employee ( a short, stout older woman with grey hair ear length) was very insulting. The employee commented about the items being too expensive. In response, I let her know the price was worth it because the products are amazing and last forever, but she insisted that I was not able to afford the products. I turned around and left the store. Very disappointing experience.

I just bought a 4.75 quart braiser and can’t wait to use it tomorrow. Great selection and prices made me a very happy customer. Enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, especially Brian who explained uses, recipes and cooking techniques of several models. I’m eagerly awaiting my birthday to return and pick up some more great deals.

Anytime I visit, I am greeted immediately. Lately, I have been working with Diane, who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when deciding on the next piece(s) to purchase. I would recommend not only the brand to everyone, but this locale as well.

I have to disagree with JDavilla because when i walked in to the store that lady your talkin about is sooo nice and a very hard worker shes the only one out of her and who seemed to be thier manager of the store the manager looked at me ugly while she stood at the register on her cell phone thier were 3 more customers who were in theirr while i was and she did not acknowledge anyone of us but the one who rung me up ms aurora was very sweet and greeted everyone as they came in the store made me feel very welcome and wanting to shop thier again .....

Deals are fine, staff deceiving though. They insisted on collecting my email and also guaranteed me that they wouldnt be sending me ads, this was a total lie. I will be returning what I purchased as I will not support a store with employees like this.
