These guys are great, always helpful and knowledgeable. Im sure coming in with my own shirts, only ten or twelve at a time, and mixed sizes and materials is not their ideal transaction. Theyve never batted an eye, service is always top-notch, and my order is always finished on time. The embroidery itself is always good quality....Ive never had any fraying or loose threads. The South Austin office is small, and theres not a front desk, so sometimes you have to wait for an employee too finish what theyre doing. But the service is friendly and competent.
