Rude and bad customer service, regardless of the courtesy you show them.

This company has terrible customer service, they are very rude. Spend your money somewhere else.

We have been doing business with these folks from the very start. We had ceased to purchase from them (then Valley Bearing) for a period due to some problems but when John bought out the business and personally took the helm in the late 80s (changing the name to Valley Chain and Gear), the entire philosophy and business model was turned around. Bud stopped by the shop where I was the supervisor in charge of purchasing the type of materials that Valley C&G vends and he convinced me to give them a shot. They went from being a supplier that we used as a last resort to our #1 source for all our bearing, chain, belt and various part needs. They are still in business and still using the same philosophy!

Fabulous service and the number of items they have in stock is amazing.
