This has the best, and most unusual, selection of meats in the area - and great customer service (want to know a great recipe for venison? Just ask!). Whats not to love? But what keeps me coming back again and again are the sausages. Oh my goodness. Ill be a customer for life for the sausage alone.

Gotta try the Cherry Bomb sausage! Great stuff. These guys have a real passion for their craft. The owner is very cool and took the time to give me the history of the store, where they source their meat, his background etc. Definitely worth checking out.

I had the best sausage here, the sausage is made with the finest quality ingredients and the flavor can not be found anywhere else in the State of California. Definitely worth the trip.

Ok, I have been dealing with local Escondido butchers for years. Ive tried butchers in Ramona, Fallbrook and a host of others. Finally I tried T&H Meats.These guys arent the least expensive but they do the best job. I just ate the last of my sausage from a pig I raised 2 years ago and the sausage was as fresh and tasty as if it were frozen yesterday.These guys are that good!

The quality of the meats is unparalleled. Also, Jakob is a really nice and knowledgeable guy. The service is informative and speedy.

ThIs is where you go to get excellent cuts of meat, absolutely delicious sausages, dried meats, and harder to find selections such as ostrich or buffalo. Be sure to pick up a shaker of the Meisters Mix -- the best all purpose rub/spice mix Ive ever had!

I went there today, around 1.30pm or so, the place was empty, hmm, anyway I look around. There was no fresh sausage, all frozen, hmm, that was not good. So I look at the prices, wow, all at about$9.99 a pound........... well I did buy some anyway. The youngish man at the counter had a problem how to figure a 10% off for Tuesday shopping. So I did cook the sausage that eve and it was just ok!but not worth the money. I can buy similar sausage at Costco for half the price and is just as good.So, its quite expensive and not a good buy.
