Nice environment for a box retailer.... employees were friendly, customer awareness was moderate.....will think of returning....... greeter was extremely nice and friendly.....she was the 5☆ highlight of my visit as well as the cashier that genuinely cleared 😀us.....visited around/between 1:30/3:00 pm..... purchased 3 items.....set of shoes and 2 shirts....... overall visit rating is a3.7☆.....(except for the stated ratings of the exceptional employees above)........

Love this store!! It truly is an outlet store!!! Its quite large and offers a wide range & type of clothes for all ages. The have something to cover you from the top of your head to your feet. The prices were fantastic!! They have plenty of staff available who are knowledgeable of their products and store layout. All the stores in this outlet mall should model theirselves after this store. Their prices, staff, wide range of all seasons (winter through fall) products offered were top of the line!! I shop a lot (probably too much - lol) I would say this was in my top 5 of best shopping experience! I would give them a 6 out of 5 stars if I could!! Well worth the trip and I definitely will be back when I am back in Texas!!

The staff is very friendly inside of this location and seem to actually care about their customers. Always clean and tidy inside the store with a tasteful display for those outside. Would recommend to friends, family and strangers alike! Will probably be back!

The store is spacious, well organized and attractive. I am new to Texas, having moved here from the Tampa Bay area. The prices are as good as I remember from the store in Ellenton Florida. The help was even better.Having said that, the buy one, get one half off pricing on some items is irksome. Sorry, but I only need one OmniShade hat, so I didnt buy any. I only needed one belt, so I bought it elsewhere. In my case, the buy one, get one halfoff back fired.

Vaccine required. Vaccines lessen symptoms but actually make it spread more since people dont know they have it.

This columbia is pretty big and neatly organized. Its like having 2 Columbia in 1. If youre an XS in either men or women, you have a higher chance finding these sizes here but its still rare unless its a fresh stock.

Horrible customer service. I found a jacket I really liked, but the rack didnt have one in my size. I went to ask the staff if they would mind checking the back to see if the had a larger size, but before I could spit out the words the cashier (who was chatting with her colleague) said no we dont have anymore. She didnt even look at the jacket I was talking about. Ive worked retail and I understand how management likes to rotate inventory. But I also know that inventory doesnt come in limited supply. The least she could have done was pretend to look.

Great prices on winter gear and shoes! The quality is comparable to North Face and sometime even better especially the jacket with the Omni shield design which makes them lighter.
