When I went to buy 2 pairs of shoes, they didn’t have my size. Today, I went to do an even exchange to get the right shoe size. They wanted to charge me a difference even though it was an even exchange.

Its too bad this place cant open earlier than 11am when there are so many people outside that want to buy shoes. Kind of ridiculous considering that the store directly next to them (Under Armor) is packed.

The salespeople are consistently helpful and very knowledgeable. I have even called them on the telephone and they have provided the information I requested without complaint. If you tell them your foot problems they will provide you with numerous options to help improve your foot issues. I definitely recommend this place.

Staff was ridiculously rude. Had to walk through about 8 workers(too busy talking among themselves to ask if I needed help) trying to find a shoe style I was looking for. I ended up so angry that, after I had repeatedly walked by them obviously looking for something and none of them would even look at me or acknowledge me, I decided to leave, even after I found what I was looking for because I refuse to give an establishment with such horrible customer service my money. Will never go here again. Id rather go without then have to give the people in that building my money.

Staff was extremely helpful. Measured both my childrens feet and showed us exactly where their shoes are in the store. Had a great sale on for Labor day too!

Horrible customer service, three people working...yet all of them were too busy talking to each other to give attention to a potential buyer. I had to walk up to the front to stop their conversation to ask for shoe size, he brought shoe out and immediately left to go back to talking with his colleagues. We didnt even get a thank you for stopping by when we left the store. They may have good merchandise but Im not spending my money at this location.

Store itself is awesome, but didnt see it in the outlet directory. Blink and youll miss it. Its to the left when you turn in, back faces the interstate. But great shopping experience!

Great selection but staff was too busy to be bothered with customers. I was at the checkout waiting 5 minutes and when Cade walks up and doesn’t even greet us or see if we found everything okay and just starts scanning.

Ive bought several pairs of shoes here. The selection is pretty good. They have discounted stuff and full-price stuff just like most of the Outlet stores at this Outlet Mall. Its more of a factory store than an outlet.

It has plenty of good sales and discount. The back has a whole bunch of clearance last pair shoes with extra discount.

Really tired of driving all the way out to new balance and them never having my size. The fat lady behind the counter can never find anything and is alway unwilling to look. Her only response is we dont control our inventory try back later. This is the 3rd time making the 30 mile trip in 2 weeks. Apparently she doesnt care if the store makes money or not.

Awesome customer service. The guy really helped me out picking my sneaker that I need cause Im flat footed and have a bad ankle.
