Poor customer service from the manager of the store. What should have been just an even exchange for an outfit that didnt fit properly they charged me more money. Then when I told them I was no longer going to be a customer there, the manager stated oh well, its just one customer we lost. Shame on the company and the management they hire. They do not care about their customers. If there was an option for negative stars I would have given them -5stars.

They need to get more Jordans same other then that its a nice place

Went in to buy a pair of shoes, knew exactly what I wanted. As soon as I walked In they were right on us about the rules and regulations about covid, but when it came to me looking and trying on shoes, I couldn’t get any employees attention to save my life. There were 4 employees just standing at the register, had to raise my voice for them to actually realize that I needed some assistance. Then when I tried on the shoes I was ready to buy them and again I couldnt get their attention, horrible service. I’m a first time customer and I will not be returning! Guess I gotta go to champs next time since they know how to treat a customer.

This store really disappointed me yesterday afternoon. I had been looking for a pair of Air Jordan’s through the outlet but didn’t find any but when I walked into this store I spotted them! My exact size too! So I walked to them and grabbed them, one of the employee approached me and asked “what size you looking for?” I responded “these a size 4” and he grabbed them from my hands smiled and said “sorry just sold them” and walked off. I was really upset due to the embarrassing situation so I left, my boyfriend and I most likely won’t be coming back. Rude employees with no manners!
