So, my husband just had a HORRIBLE experience at the convenience store behind my grandparents house around 8pm. Now, weve been going there for years, since I was a kid. But of course, owners change.We stopped to grab some snacks because the baby was hungry and it was the quickest option as were in the middle of working Favor Delivery and we were close by.He grabbed the snacks and filled two cups from the drink machine, went to the register and tried to pay with our SNAP card (yes, we get help as a family) and was told the SNAP machine reader was down. So, Epi said he couldnt get the snacks after all...The cashier asked if he could at least pay for the drinks cause it was a waste. He was about to agree before the cashier continued with you really that poor or what? At that point Epi decided to walk away and say he wont be getting anything. The cashier yells out, go get a job!, as he starts to leave.We will NEVER be shopping there again.
Been stopping here for 2 years for coffee breakfast bars and snacks. Today i stopped for 5$ worth of gas and even tho the pump charged me no gas was in my tank? How do i kno? Because my 35 miles left sign stayed at 35 miles when it should of been at 100 considering i got 2 gallons and my kia optima hybrid gets 35 mpg. When i told the girl she called her boss. Then called me back and told me to call my bank cause they dunno whos fault it is and they cant do anything about it. Um..the bank paid the 5$ ...i told her this... So who else is left..but the station. Buyers beware. I was at pump 4.
POOR customer service if you call it even that!When Snap reader is down and do not have funds to pay with cash. And so the cashier there today at 8pm November 8th.. ASSUMES person does NOT have a job and yet was on his job at the tume doing Favor..which IS HIS JOB.
Employees are RUDE! I am never going back!!!
The employees were friendly and the bathrooms were nice.
