Accessibility: the only accessible/handicap parking is many doors down in front of another store and over by the grocery store; this is also where the only ramps to get onto the sidewalk are. The door to enter is a pull door and inside it is carpet and very spacious.Experience: I had a great experience here! I came on a Saturday afternoon and they were not busy at all. I came in with a package and a return label, the guy behind the counter greeted me, took my package, said he would take care of it, gave me a receipt and I was on my way out! I was literally inside the store for 4 to 5 seconds, no joke. It was incredible. I definitely recommend this store if you need to ship UPS.

I hate this location. The owners are rude and unhelpful. I have brought in numerous Amazon packages and with the QR code I shouldn’t need a box but the owner tried to make me buy one on more than one occasion when I didn’t have the right size box. Super shady. I also got lectured about asking for a label sleeve “all the time” when today was the first time I asked for a sleeve.

Well I need to drop something off to be shipped. I looked for UPS drop off stores. This one was most convenient, but I was curious about the comments. It is pretty clear, you either like them or you dont. I cant wait to see how I get treated. I gave it a 3 because that was their rating, so I dont affect their rating.

Probably one of the worst shipping stores I have ever been to, owners are rude, they nag about helping me, charge me to print a label, when it’s stated on the ups website that all ups stores will provide free labels. Only reason I come is because it’s close to me.

Terrible! Do not go there. The owner will not listen or help. I talked to another store who was able to solve my problem and get me on my way. I will never give this location my business ever again. Shame on you!! Horrible customer service. Horrible owner.

I have been coming to this UPS Store for about 2 years now and I have had a great experiences. All the staff is fantastic. I know John and Eric and they are always in a great mood and always willing to help. Normally I just come in and maybe wait a minute or two and they help me deliver my package so or take my passport pictures. Fantastic location very clean and safe.

The people who own this store have always done so well for us. They are always friendly and greet you with a smile, they are helpful, they understand customer service, and they go above and beyond to add a personal touch to each experience. Ive shipped with them several times a year to send things to family across the country, and they always remember me when I come in, even though Im not a daily/weekly customer. When I had some items I shipped break because I hadnt packed them well enough, and UPS on the other end of the country wouldnt deliver it as a result, they helped me re-pack the unbroken items more carefully so they could be reshipped and gave me a discount, even though it wasnt their fault. They are just good people who care about their customers.

Quick and friendly service. Spent no more than 10 minutes. Price range was more than acceptable. Got copies and a letter notorized. Highly recommend.

I called to ensure a notary would be available to help us and they said yes. When we arrived we were told the notary was not available because he had a high dollar order to take care of and we would have to wait 15+ minutes until he was done because he was the only one that could take care of it. There were no other customers in the store but he couldnt take less than 5 minutes to notarize our document! Instead they chose to ignore us. Seriously? Having a single point of failure cost them our business and earned them this review.

I come to this store almost every week and every time I visit Im greeted by a wonderful staff, most of whom are college students at one of the local colleges! Its so great to see young faces, it seems like the owners are really in touch with the community. They have really good deals on mailboxes, especially when you sign up by the year. I havent had the need to get a mailbox yet, but this store is first on the list because Ive noticed that the employees remember the box holders names and faces. Who does that anymore?!

This is a great place. Ryan was at the counter today, training another employee and handled my complicated corporate return with great celerity. His decorum towards his fellow staff members and clients was so upbeat that I had to give some kudus to him. The store has a great selection of greeting cards to select from. While I waited I selected some cards for upcoming birthdays.

Nice family business. Even though I usually stop in just once a week to request a drop-off reciept for a package Ive already pre-paid for, they treat me great. Once I accidently left my cell phone there, and the owner toodk good care of it for me. Lots of parking. I can usually find a parking spot pretty close to the store. That helps with packages. They also carry an assortment of packing supplies, and unique gift cards.

We did not have a good experience today. I needed something notarized. I arrived at location 20 minutes before closing. I was the only customer in there. He turned me away because they were closing? 20 MINUTES! He stood there with his arms folded. I have taken many things there to be notarized, but never again. He lost a customer today.

This POS charges to print return labels to Amazon. He charged my parents 5 dollars more than a couple times till I found out what he was doing. Dont ever go there!

This ups store is the worse store. On May 6 I paid 19 cents a print which is fair went there today and the wanted to charge me 2.00 a print, I know we are falling in hard times but 19 cents to 2.00 dollar a print is robbery! PRICE GOUGING! I will report them to the city.

I paid for a prepaid shipping label online and asked them to print the label to drop off my package and ship, they tried to charge me $3 to print their own label. That has to be a UPS policy they claim, however, this is the only one that has the distasteful audacity to require it. 👎

$3 Service Fee to print out a return label so I could ship my one book back to Chegg. Absolutely horrible, plus the person at the front had a smug attitude when he told me about the fee. Only location that Ive been to that does this, and its all due to the fact its right next to the college. Way to go for exploiting those who attend the local college across the street. Staples is a 2 minute drive away and doesnt charge you at all - Plus theyre actually nice to you there. The people at this UPS the few times Ive been here act like you should be doing them a favor most the time.

I visited the store for notary . It was 5:40 pm and store closes at 6 pm. The person who’s name is Hamid denial the service due to store closing. He asked me to come tomorrow at 8:00 am . Inconvenience service don’t do business with them
