If I could give these toothpaste tablets no stars I would. They are 60% xylitol which is a sugar alcohol. You might as well brush your teeth with Altoids. They taste better and are pretty much the same thing. If you want to coat your mouth in a sickly sweet, but odd flavor that even Lysterine cant cut through, this is the product for you. If not, stay far far away from these. They are the worst thing to ever happen to dental hygiene.
