First time and probably last time ever coming here. Came because they had great reviews but the receptionist Sierra is the rudest person 100% shouldn’t be answering calls or operating the front desk. My order was ready since Thursday and we called continuously and she stated she would call us back and let us know when it was ready never did had to call again Friday and all she said was “yeah it’s here” no apology for calling back nothing. Overall super rude and bad experience

Needed glass replaced in a slider window. Sierra was so helpful. She explained that it would take some time for someone to come out but if we could bring it to them they could fix it same day. So I brought it in and sure enough they fixed it and reapplied the grids within a few hours. Very reasonable rates. Owners son handled the repair and you can really tell that they take pride in their company. Why we waited so long to repair this window is another story......maybe because it was on the side of the house with limited exposure. But after seeing how easy, quick and inexpensive the fix was my husband and I are laughing at ourselves for waiting so long to get it done. Looks like they do shower doors as well. We wouldnt hesitate to use them again. GREAT JOB!

4/18/2021, my office was broken into via (glass) front door. I called San Marcos Glass and was so happy that Al answered my call. He was able to sent Brody and Jose out for an estimate. These guys are great. They installed a gorgeous glass shower in my new house, came out perfect! Also had some glass cut for the kitchen cabinets and even though I made the mistake, they re-cut the glass for me for free. Cant beat that! Super nice people too.

I have been using San Marcos glass for years. They’ve put in glass our doors at my house. Mirrors at my salon. New front windows in my retail center. Glass tops for tables I’m trying to protect always on time always professional and always an amazing product thank you Alfie.

I had a pretty good experience with these guys. After going to a few different hardware stores for different items, someone at Ababa bolt recommended San Marcos Glass for my shower door part. I drove here, they looked at my old water catcher and cut me a new customized piece to fit it while I waited.

I visited for advice on replacing some art glass in an expensive custom entry door that had failed years earlier. Even though it was installed by another business, Office Manager Siera, explained in detail all of my options, even though most would not involve any work by them. I truly appreciated her patience with me and will return when I am ready for other glass products in the near future. Others I spoke with in the offices were equally as accommodating.

WOW! Not only was the response time quick- they came out in 1 day but the service was amazing. The techs Jason and Rob were professional and polite. They installed beautiful glass and brushed nickel shelving plus replaced a broken window and shower door. I cannot believe within one week of contacting them all of the work is completed.
