Good sized showroom with a full range of options. The sales reps are helpful, educational, and straight forward. They listened to what we wanted and then helped us find situations that we hadnt even considered.

Our purchase of the Caldera Marino spa was the best thing that happened to us. During this crazy times we were able to find comfort in using this while on quarantine! Thank you for the service and a great product.

They dont have much in the way of variety of styles of furniture so choice is limited and its fairly pricey. We werent helped while in there. Theyre products are nice enough and appear well made.

Horrible experience. Rude. Judgmental. The person who helped my family stated God himself couldnt make this sofa cheaper, so if you want it now is the time this is unacceptable. Assuming my family is not able to afford the items in the store. This is not over.

I purchased my First spa and went with CAL spa from here. I had some learning to do about treatment and water changes. It took me a few calls to the shop and they were very patient and helpful with me. I will admit that I can be a difficult customer and La Costa Pool and Spa was very helpful, informative and got me a great spa for a great value. If considering getting a spa, I would highly recommend stopping by.

Update: I added an extra star because this company ended up coming through and making things right.Terrible customer service. We were working with Ron, who was very nice and helped us with our purchase, but stopped working there before we got the spa chemicals he offered to send us. We spoke to the management several times and never got a call back as promised. The Bull Frog spa is nice, but get it from someone else if you want good customer service.UPDATE: After writing this review, I got a call and was able to pick up the supplies we needed within about 10 minutes. Sadly, it took a bad review to accomplish something that took all of 10 minutes. They did promise to help me out in the future, which was appreciated.

I would never do business with this place, Ian is a rude salesperson that will try to sell you a spa out of your budget, then argue with you if you dont buy from him. Very dissatisfied with Ian, and doing business with him.

Head of Sales, Jeff Jamroz, stepped up to the plate and gave me a great deal on the purchase of my jacuzzi.I originally bought a promotional spa that was delivered to my residence free of charge. Once installed I realized I wasn’t satisfied with the power of the jets. I went back to the Spa and Patio Store to confer with Jeff about my concerns thinking there was really not much of a chance that anything could be done. I was totally familiar with the Latin phrase “Caveat Emptor” which means buyer beware and like a person who buys a car and drives it off the lot, there are no returns. However, Jeff surprised me! He was willing to listen to my concerns and offer me a solution to my problem.Jeff patiently showed me alternative spas which could be exchanged for the original one I had purchased. Of course they were more expensive and I didn’t think I could afford the price increase. I thought the matter was hopeless. However, Jeff instructed me to follow him to his desk where he offered to split the price difference between my original spa and the new and improved model I now wanted. I was ecstatic! He offered to have the new one delivered at no cost and included the start-up water chemicals as well.I am so satisfied with my new spa and the transaction that took place that I told Jeff that although I have never used “Social Media” in my life, I would indeed post this positive message about The Spa and Patio Store on many sites. So, if you’re in the market for a jacuzzi, once again I recommend that you go to The Spa and Patio Store in San Marcos, Ca. for your purchase.
