Brighton outlet is the very best place to shop in my opinion. Sandra, Norma, and Sylvia are the nicest salespeople you will ever meet and they make you feel right at home whenever you visit. I am not a shopper, so very rarely go into a store. However, I wanted a Brighton purse. So, I spent an hour there. The staff was very knowledgable about their product, helpful, cheerful and sweet. They were extremely helpful in helping me chose the right items. The 2 ladies helping me gave me nice hugs as I left. I will definitely visit this store again. Very impressed and wide selection on the leather wear & jewelry!

They were nice. So r their products. I didnt get ALL the additional discount I was suppose 2 get. I got an additional 10 instead of 20 percent. I did the work. I traveled long distance in cold torrential night rains. I should get ALL the savings! U cant even contact them by phone. 4 this they loose another star, smh.

I always receive great service and I have recently become a fan of Brighton merchandise. Sometimes the store gets very crowded-they have many fans, but the prices, service, and merchandise is good. I bought my first jewelry set in 1999 and it still looks great. I have never been disappointed.

Manager was not friendly seemed very prejudiced first time there will not go there again Im in my 70s and I know how to treat people she needs training i was a manager and bookkeeper and in the medical field and I did not leave empty handed i was shopping for my granddaughter visiting me from the university Good Luck !

The Ladies who work at this Brighton location are all incredibly knowledgeable about the products, have wonderful attitudes and even use their own money to feed a local cat colony here at The Outlets. They have a pretty good selection of both jewelry and purses, plus all New guests get a customer rewards/discount card.

They ran out of the promotional gift and did not discount my item with the savings passport; the ladies are very nice and knowledgeable otherwise.

Even the outlet store is a bit overpriced IMO. If I wanted a $450 purse I wouldnt buy it there.
