We can recommend realtor Joshua Hobbs of Pacific Manufactured Homes in San Marcos without reservation to anyone looking to buy a home in San Diego County in general, and Champagne Village in particular. We had been very concerned that we wouldn’t be able to find a suitable property when we walked into Joshua’s office in June, but he listened to us and immediately identified the sort of property that would work best for us, together with the location with the best value for us. It was just what we needed.Joshua responded cheerfully to every query and request from us, from the first meeting to after the sale closed. If we ever buy another place in San Diego County, we will go directly to Joshua.
Visited this location to seek professional help for purchasing my first home. All I got was bad customer service and left with no information. The employee I talked with didn’t show any empathy or willingness to help but instead seem to be in a rush. Did not show any desire to explore other options just because they did not have any family park homes and as I left so did he so I guess he was in a hurry to go else where. Most of their employees did not wear masks or even acknowledge my presence. The receptionist was the only one that demonstrated professionalism and decent customer service. Did not appreciate the lack of professionalism from everyone else there as a customer and person. 100% do not recommend this location to anyone.
I had done the Silvercrest Factory tour and been looking at many places when I decided to go with Pacific Homes. I chose them because of: starting price (10K lower than another plus lower overall cost) and that they could handle everything (reading reviews, maybe if you were adept at handling these things you couldve found a cheaper contractor but I wanted a turn-key operation), the model-showrooms they had available & Georgias friendliness and patience with all my questions (she was a joy to work with). Short-comings were with the process, hard to communicate through sales agent & factory to understand exactly what was standard, what had to be specified and I made a few mistakes, but overall did pretty well. Brian was helpful with his details that a normal salesperson couldnt have known (he also knew some of the info I couldnt get from the factory) and Sean helped with some information and final contract negotiations. The best upgrade (and amazing value, considering what it does to the look) I did was the 3-window clerestory. It opened the space in my smallish living room/kitchen (I had cut off a corner of the living room to be a porch) and gave the appearance of a partial open--beam ceiling. Im also glad I did the porch by reducing house space since I have only a small garden and didnt want to extend the house for outdoor space. Tim, the contractor pulled together a very competent and efficient team of subcontractors (and since as I said Im not experienced at this, I would have done a couple things differently) and was responsive to my issues. Considering how busy they all were with the demand for inexpensive housing, I thought the work/response/attention times were very professional, Tim especially was juggling many jobs at once, not always available or predictable. Since the purchase, some issues have come up and Macy in service was very responsive and helpful in communicating with Silvercrest, deciding who was responsible and following through on corrections. She also sent their own staff, Christian, to help with cleanup, then sometimes later to do smaller jobs, very competent, attentive and polite, even when other items came up that I had forgotten to mention. Overall, very happy and have recommended Pacific Homes to a friend who ordered and is in the process now (his is in a trailer park while mine is an ADU in the backyard). I would say they are professional and have good-will towards their customers. When you look at the reviews, consider who actually had the work done and who was just annoyed because they didnt get enough attention when they walked in. Numbers dont always reveal truth.
I am so happy to give Sean Feeney and Pacific Manufactured Homes a five star rating. What a great experience it was finding my home in Paloma’s Estate East with Sean there every step of the way. With over 30 years of experience he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise with every facet of this type of purchase. If you happen to be ready to buy or sell a Manufactured Home, look no further. This is VIP service. Thank you again Sean! You and your company are simply wonderful!!
5🌟 says it all. Tom, Macy, owner and the rest of the crew who went above and beyond for making my first Home purchase the best it could be. Thank you again Pacific Homes for all you’ve done for me and my fam.
Bad customer service from Jason poynter.Never answered by phone, e mail or text.
I liked that you could tour models on your own....no sales pitch. Set up nicely .
This is a first impression review from a walk in, based on stopping at others in the area who gave us a map of models and said go walk around not really giving us any additional information, I want to give them 5 stars for the superior customer service from the moment we walked through the doors. They answered any questions we asked and the owner Sean happened to be in and walked us through most of the models on site offering advice and information, then David talked details on next steps. We already have an appointment to look at our land for a quote and I suppose Ill update this if we decide to go through with working with them, but I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews based solely on their customer service which I found, so far, to be top notch. Thank you for welcoming us, with a fussy baby and all, so warmly!
Bought my current home through these wonderful people! I can not say enough good things about Chloe! (cant say her last name so theres no sense in spelling it) Mobile (manufactured) homes are the under rated gems of the housing world.
Went on a Saturday to get info about pricing, sq footage, etc., Kyle was helpful. When we arrived, the receptionist went to grab an older woman and she peeked around the corner and said let me see them, took a look at us and passed us over to Kyle. Kyle was apparently sick and basically tried to push us out the door but we already got our 6 month out of the house so we werent being turned away. Kyle helped us even though, I dont think he wanted to but he was very informative, a wealth of information and led us out to look at the models. Overall, I think we will look for a different retailer to purchase our home through as the customer service was SEVERELY lacking but we appreciate their time.
Friendly service
Im giving this place 5 stars just to drive people to go SEE THESE HOMES! My wife and I will often stop by to see their new models - they are impressive! These are not your grandmas mobile homes. These are premiere modular homes that deserve a good look at if youre interested!
Checking out manufactured homes for my forever home.
Worst decision of my life. I have them the benefit of the doubt and ignored the reviews. Boy was that a bad call on me. All I have to say is read the reviews and trust in them especially the negative ones its all true. We would be here all day if I shared my experience. From disrespectful unprofessional staff to cutting corners so they could make a buck. Do not do it and other company would be an upgrade from them.
Nice homes to look thru. Everyones was nice and helpful. Lots of good info from them
Great selection of manufactured homes, trailers and ADUs!
Cool website, I requested for a call and no one has reach out yet. Been like 2 months
Purchased our new home and are currently waiting on Silvercrest to build. Have seen some of the poor reviews and can only say our experience could not have been better. Our sales person, Jayson, is a fine young man who genuinely cares about his clients. We enjoyed working with Jayson and appreciate his professional assistance helping us select the perfect home.
They sold my house and helped me into another house very quickly. :) they are incredibly nice and worked with me on making sure I had a good school district and a great neighborhood. Thanks so much for everything!
Read the reviews and went anyway. The girl in the front is nice, you tour the homes yourself we were givin carlos number so he can further assist us. Called him monday...tuesday..left voicemails. Havent heard back. Kinda..no...really unprofessional. Well take our money elsewhere. Dont waste your time.
Brian was very professional & helpful.Sharing valuable advice .We currently own an older mobile homeCurious about new models - we walked thruWith absolutely NO pressure to buy a new oneBrian answered all our questions and explainedEvery aspect of the business. When we are ready to buy -We will return toPacific Manufactured HomesThank You for your time BrianPaul & Jeannie Allison
Not happy with the end of the process. My home sold and was realtor was very no hum about overseeing the delays. Once it sold and checks were cut the realtor commission turns out to be 14.1% in a very easy n busy market. I have called my realtor, Georgia and the financing department and been told I am not entitled to an explanation. No one will call me back. I am planning on making a formal complaint for a satisfactory accounting of costs.
7E2B10: We really enjoyed our visit and learned a quite bit about mobile home. Tina was great in showing us the models and explains about them.
The worst customer service imaginable. Words can not describe how unprofessional the sales staff is. Not proactive, act like they are doing you a favor. They pull you in with a super low home price and then their contractor STEALS your money. 184,000 quote to install septic and grading on my own lot (after a non refundable 1,500 fee) NO didnt include the home. Got my own contractor and engineer, job was 28,000. MA Williams FAR FAR superior.I find any positive comments HIGHLY suspect. Zero stars for me.
Tina was very helpful...I must have gone back 5 separate times, and she was always willing to answer my questions.
Great service very honest people
Super Friendly people here at Pacific Mobile Homes. I went to several placse when my wife and I were searching for a new home. Ultimately we ended up buying from Kyle because of the family atmosphere we found in dealing with them. He helped us find the perfect home in a Good school district. I highly recommend them.
These people are so rude!! I would never use this company. I spoke with 4 individuals and they were all so hostile and rude. Doesnt matter how much money you have they treat you like your less than because your buying a manufactured home. Save yourself the insult and find your own manufactured home. Go to a bank to get a loan. And AVOID this awful company!
Information was good. Good team at work. Models on display helped me make a decision about it.
Bryan was absolutely wonderful to work with, we are very pleased with the sale of our home. We highlyrecommend PacificManufavtured Homes
We wanted to give this place a chance with reading all the bad reviews. But the bad reviews didnt lie about this place. So don’t even bother with them, can’t even help you with a simple question. So save your gas and time! Do your research awful place to purchase your home.
I had been wanting to write this review for a while, If you are considering buying or selling your home through Pacific Manufactured Homes, you have been warned!!. My grandmother was interested in working with this company, She got one of Tim Feenys flyers. He answered her very rudely and very unprofessional. She highly recommends you take your business elsewhere. Negative five stars customer service. Her worst experience ever in her 81 years of her life!!!
Super nice people. Lots of models to walk through.
Great place to start and finish your new home project. Kyle was our agent professional at all times, even through some rough waters. Would recommend highly to anyone.Guntwin Galleisky, Carlsbad, CA
I feel like I did not get very in-depth answers.
Beautiful selection, including nice people.
Bryan Ingram was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional throughout.
Not a friendly place people really rude and unprofessional. I wanted to buy one for a lot I have and they kept insisting on me getting one that is already in a park.
This is a bait and switch affair. They get your listing and bait people to buy a newer home by pricing yours high enough to be close to their cheapest one. Did not show mine until the day it expired and told me they had a buyer, but they were in the hospital, give them somemore time. NEVER listed it on MLS where everyone lists property on a real estate. Told me it cost too much. The real estates I called said it doesnt cost at all. Listed with Cole and they sold mine in 2 days with a $1000 cheaper commision. Dont use these people.
Nice homes to buy and good people work there
They have the most knowledgeable people to help you find a home.Excellent service and not to mention prices are great also!!Loved my experience with them.
First i would like to start stating that the service i received from them was not even satisfactory. i live far away from San Marcos and when we first started picking stuff out i had to tell my salesman over and over what kind of trim color and faucets and tubs and color of floor and carpet etc, a few times. It was very frusterating to say the least as i had to take off work everytime or make a special trip on the weekend, only to return to find out he didnt really make detailed notes of what i wanted and had to start over a few times. I was told by the salesman that they could do in house financing, which i wanted to take advantage of because they said they could also put in the loan the fees for installation by their own crew of men to put in the house. The Financing dept was horrible on returning phone calls along with my salesman. They all drag their feet, please keep in mind i bought in January 2013 2.5 acres, so that means i need to get a house there as quickly as possible. I didnt move in until august 2013. ok so i had to find my own finacing company and then i had to hire my own contractor because they said they laid their workers off because their sales were so slow. Whats funny is they just hire contractors to do this, i dont really get what happened there. Ok, then, after the house was installed just before my final inspection i had carpet installed. There was an extra vent installed in my sons room for heating and air and 1 less vent cover. I contacted them about it and they said it would be there quickly. 4 weeks went by and they said they sent it to my parent address when i called them back about it. Lol my parents never received anything. so a guy comes out to hand deliver it and it was the wrong color and size lol, in the mean time i wanted him to take some pics and do a walkthrough of some items in the house that were damaged upon the house being built. That was like pulling teeth, i had to contact the manager at their store to have her tell him to take a few moments out of his day to take some pictures for me so we can get things resolved quickly. These damages were important to get done quickly because there are cuts and rips in my guest bathroom that causes water to get under the linoleum and into the wood below. so then then there was also an outlet cover that was crracked as well and damages to my screen door. the next day the gentleman comes back with the correct vent cover but the wrong outlet cover. i called his manager and made a complaint about it and she then stated to me that she is offended and will not be so accomodating to me any more. I have now been calling them for 2 weeks and am not getting returned calls from anyone. the gentle man who came out and took pictures told me to report anything to him and that he would get hallmark to come out within just a few days. i cant get any response from anyone.
Gorgeous models. Salespeople are a bit standoffish.
Not much to choose from. The staff dont go out of their way for you or help you know your options until you tell them youll spend money
Took 2 months to get pricing. Way to expensive compared to other manufactured dealers. Bad follow through. Never heard back from salesman after I finally got prices.
My husband and I had made an appointment for Sunday to meet with a sales person and they never showed up we try to call him and the phone was off it went to voice mail we left a message and send him text messages and he finally called back until the next day never even bothered of calling us to cancel or anything and gave me an excuse of well I was with my family and I couldnt go well I was to and I still went this mad me so angry I wanted to do the same to him but karma will get back at him hate this place .please dont go go somewhere else were u will get better service this place is a bad place no service and get ignore .
Bad experience. Refused to answer simple questions about pricing. Left me feeling like they were hiding something from me. Would never go back.
Very nice staff
Not enough price info.
Good price
Great customer service
Beautiful homes

Amazing service
