Where do I start.. the folks here are amazing, always so kind and caring. We’ve been a customer for a very long time. I always recommend storage west San Marcos to everyone. It is the best of the best. Best price, most clean and maintained. Amazing customer service. You will never have to worry about your storage unit ever. If you are looking for a storage unit this IS THE PLACE. Very grateful.

I Agree with all other 5 star reviews here, and not really sure why anyone would rate them anything below 5 star.Finally finished with a long lasting move and just got into my new place. I have used this facility for sometime while in the process of my move. cant say enough about the managers. they are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Facility is always clean, grounds and the office is always well kept.I just want to say thank you misagh for all you have done for me and my family :)

Misagh has been the facility manager for some years now. Ive always found him to be friendly and personable. Ive found hell usually go the extra mile to bridge the gap between the business and customer service. Misagh is a true relationship builder for an organization.

I would never choose another storage facility. I’ve been there almost 2 years and recently moved out because I have a garage now. There’s definitely not a second thought if I have to ever get a unit again that’s my place. I appreciate their understanding as I’m not the most responsible or clean tenant and they put up with me and I’m definitely in grateful for them!

The level of customer service and attention to clients is 5 stars at this location. I have rented from other storage facilities in the past where I never got the kind of customer service that you get here. Its clean, they alway greet you with a smile and they offer a free truck when you move in. I highly recommend them.

Different size units, half off first month, and they have a moving truck you can use for free for a few hours one time! Not on sundays tho unfortunately. Clean and nice place.

Ive used this location several times over the last year. Each time management has been incredibly accommodating to frequent changes of my business needs. A special thank you to the manager who never fails to help resolve issues or even going so far as to come in on his day off to assist my team when they misplaced keys. I have rented units from almost every major company and current have 500+ units nation wide to accommodate my business operations. This location ranks among the best in terms of cleanliness, customer service, and accommodation.

This place had the best rates I found and the customer service here is exceptional. I have rented probably 10 or more storage units in my life, and this one has been the most oustanding experience of them all. The management, staff, and facility are all A+.

Setting up a new unit takes quite a long time but I definitely had a good experience with the manager. He was very knowledgeable. Only 4 stars because they charge a $20 admin fee. Thats crazy expensive and not clear on their website.

Clean but so more expensive compared to other storage facilities in the same area. I think they take advantage of the fact that they are right outside of CalState University San Marcos and know students move in & out quite frequently and need storage when they go home for summer break and such. There are apartments and dorms where we live at. Called Block C, and a lot more being built. So I think that charging $25.00 a month above their competitors per month is a bit extreme and unfair, but obviously people arent doing their homework & shopping around because their smaller units rent out quickly. So I guess if price isnt a factor and you dont need to budget then by all means pay the $2,300. difference each year...the conveinence will benefit you. But add that up for a 4 year university $9200.... Not so smart now. Are we???

The electrical outlets and light never worked, which is one of the main reasons I rented there. Narrow doors to units made it difficult to get in and out with large items. Unit leaked be and driveways were narrow especially if you have two moving trucks in sane row at same time. Facility was clean and staff were alright, no over the top customer service personalities to talk about.v

Nice and clean. Havent seen any homeless or druggies renting out and living in any stalls....yet.
