Perfect for shopping all day! Have tons of stores and tons of parking. Love these shops and deals!

Im sure if you live here it all makes sense, but good God all mighty is the parking a hot mess!!! I found several great deals in several stores but waaaay to busy for my taste. Lol How does one get through all the shops in a day?? Ive never seen such a huge Tanger outlet!!

The largest outlet store I ever did see and a really terrific workout!

Well we went to the outlets today my husband drove us out there too me and his Aunt. She was looking for a coach purse so we took her out there. Well she find herself a purse, and she also got me one as a gift. I recommend you to go out there either on Mondays or Wednesdays thats when they have the sale I found me a purse that was and $348.00 on sale for only$99.00 and they also had more sales which was 50% off. N 80%off. They also had a lot of wallets that were on sale as well some would match the purses and some would not but you cannot beat the prices for only 49.99 and some of them were only $32.99. well I do recommend you to go and check out the purses but theyre only at the outlet go and check those out.Well have a very blessing day and hope yeah Ill go and check out this parking also bath & body have for the bargains too.

Outlet mall. Shops to be entered from outside. Air conditioned inside. Found some great bargains at Vera Bradley store, and large bargain bookstore of new books. Large section of kids books as well as any age. Nice selections. Would recommend!!

Good deals on the clears rack at Eddie Bauer. Not crowded at all.

Went to the DXL clothing store there for my birthday and bought a couple of items that fit real nice

Good outlet mall next to Simons Premium Outlets. They both compliment each other. This one features more fast fashion and lower priced brands than the other. Was able to find some great deals! Will definitely be back!

To crowded, and prices are not outlet tags. Its just a big outside mall, dont think there is deals. Its just a place thats overrated. It used to be an outlet.... Not anymore.

Tanger outlets are the best outlets, and San Marcos location is no exception. Great options of stores that fit variables ages and badges. Guess and Disney store were my favorites and their employees are very kind, active and helpful. There is no really kids area, so be aware of this if you are visiting with young kids. Just crossed the street and changed the Outlet - very nice. Second part of stores, no worse than the SM Premium outlet. Visited couple of shops, bought almost everything I wanted. Pretyy crowded place during weekends, but great value. Be prepared to spend a half day and more here.

Nice place. Good selection of stores and fairly good sales in those stores. Watch the parking lot as drivers tend to be in a hurry. Be safe.

Love these outlets!! Perfect if youre ever in the San Antonio or Austin areaThey have shops from high end designer to day-to-day stores. Prices are definitely better than any single standing store or mall prices. Easily walkable

Nice place with many stores for shopping all kinds of stuff, most of them always have items on sale

We went to three different shoe outlets in hanger center. Then we tried Vans. What a pleasant surprise. Their style was a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their product. They had a great sale I got four pair of really nice leather Vans it was $163 which saved me about $70 and theyre great shoes and my grandkids love them.

Amazing, huge store options, even though we came here at 3pm, it still was not enough time to visit all the stores we wanted to see. Lots of options, nice seating areas. Will definitely be coming again to do more shopping.

Definitely need 2 days… it’s huge. The discounts are not like I used to get though. I would not make a special trip just to come here like I would ten years ago

Sketchers has moved into a bigger place in the outlet area . But they have got tons of options really nice place . Theres 1 kid there I dont care for but other than that its a good place to shop. Oh yeah and the shoes that Tony Romo wears the g max I believe are really comfortable. I got a pair for my birthday.

You can find some great deals but you need to pay attention and use your calculator to 👀 if its an ACTUAL good deal.

This was my first visit to this Tanger Outlet in San Marcos, TX. I found that Kate Spade and Watch Station International had the best customer service and sales. I also made purchases from skechers and Old Navy. Customer service was ok. This outlet had GREAT stores to choose from which is the reason for my rating. Thanks Tanger Outlet of San Marcos, TX.

Why do we roll out fall wear out so early ? It is hot af in this part of the country. Wish there were still shorts to buy kids for the school year since its Texas and its hot af.

This place is pretty damn awesome. One stop shopping for anyone looking to find a huge selection of items. From high end stores to specialty shops, you can find a lot of different things on offer. Just make sure your credit card has enough space for all the things that will tempt you.

I love coming to the Tanger outlets Ive been coming to Santa outlets since I was a little girl with my my own family and now Im like woman nails three kids in my house and I just love it

The outlets are fun to walk around. Occasionally I find a good deal. Most items are priced as they are in your local mall. The fudgery, shout out to yall! Wish there were more places to dine.

Excellent place to shop at especially for families from the young to the old,wheelchair accessible all one floor.I highly recommend this place if you got money be ready to spend and have fun while doing so.If you like the high life like I do this is the place for you!!

I enjoyed on Sunday shopping with my wife. Incredible place, they have every store that you can think of. and before I left my wife and I went to this truck stand towards the end of the outlet and got herself a cucumber drink and I got myself a russa drinkyall really need to try this drink before you leave it is incredible and awesome!!

Lots of shops but poorly design layout. The parking lot is horrible in terms of trying to leave or get from one side to the other.

Tanger is just so crowded all the time. People driving around are rude, and its not fun to just walk around anymore. You need to pick what stores you want to visit beforehand, and try to get in and out fast for your own sanity. Wide selection of stores though.

So many choices to choose from, you cant go wrong here n you will fobs what you are looking for, no matter what it is.

Nice mall. We were disappointed that the shops all open at 11am, now. We were through there, early, so we just went to Cavenders and got what we needed.

Love the outlet mall, one of my favorite places to go is Hot Topic and Freaky Finds. My daughter and I go there and love the different shops. This place has something for everyone...

Strange how the parking lot is full, but the stores didnt seem to have that many customers. But there are a lot of businesses there, guess they were at different locations.

I love the outlet mall, but they have closed some of my favorite stores. My favorite was the Liz Claybourne store. The Hanes outlet had a lot of product found what I was looking for eventually. The staff seemed to be somewhat friendly.

It is always congested, a lot of unopened or barely have a selection of whatever. Still came out a pair of shoes, couple of pairs of shorts.

When I do go to the mall this is always the spot I go to. Tanger outlets is better than Premium outlets. 😛

You really need to spend 2 to 3 days here shopping!

To many people with out masks and the idiots out there driving don’t care when they drive on to the road at a 4 way stop not allowing vehicles to pass besides this mistake going there the store prices are higher than the malls price and hardly any real sales very over rated

Biggest outlet of San Antonio. U name it, uwillu get that Brand and may also get great discounts also. Big ....huge area with all public facilities. Cool place.

ITS FREAKING HUGE! Be prepared to walk unless you know what store to visit.

If youre wife insists on dragging you to San Marcos for a day of outlet shopping, see if you can get away with going here instead of the Simon outlet across the street.Because of its smaller size, it gets less traffic than the other. If youre going to find a pair of underwear or something, take the easiest route.As a plus, food options here are significantly better than the other mall, so at least fill up here before braving the stupidity across the street.
