Just as it should be in San Marina area!Very calm place with friendly staff. I recommend Julienne Gourmet Market even if you live far away, it worth the long trip. I usually visit that place though I live in DTLA

The opening of this shop was the talk of the food world in all of Los Angeles decades ago and Julienne lived up to its name then and now. So magical garden-like it elevates all the housemade products in the counter and the gift selections.

This is my favorite place for Lunch. very special and looks lovely ;and romantic. French marble tables and the food is wonderful. I always go for my birthday. Love it.

Easy ordering, friendly service, staff is great. Food is delicious. Ordered with less than 24 hours notice and was ready for pickup. No problems. A go to for take out. Thank you to the staff at Julienne for keeping a tight ship running during all the challenges.

Pretty good breakfast/lunch, fantastic decor. Wasn’t a fan of the free for all seating. Didn’t check out the market.

I have been eating at Julienne for 28 years now and have truely loved every bite! I just went for the first time since the Covid lockdown and was quite disappointed. Its turned into an upscale takeout restaurant! It sounds like they dont plan to go back to their former, charming atmosphere....so sad to loose one of the greats.

Great food, great service. The meat loft was very tender and juicy and the plate highlights with spicy chunky tomatoes.

What a lovely restaurant in the neighborhood. LOVE the patio seating area. They also have a separate place for bakery and to-go. Sorry... they dont take reservation. They open at 11:30am.... by 12pm, waiting list! They know how crowded it would get, they have chairs & benches on the side walk. Very thoughtful that customers dont have to stand in front of the restaurant waiting.The Service: Excellent! Both server and busboy are super attentive. Very happy with their customer service. We are sitting at the patio area, they make sure our table is covered with the umbrella so we can enjoy our lunch without getting burnt. The food is prepared quickly, not much wait time.The Food:Roasted Lamb Sandwich - with Caramelized Onions, Avocado, Tomato on Ciabatta. Big sandwich, very generous meat, it is nice to have salad on the side. $13Personally I would order the full sandwich on the menu, rather than order the combo option, half sandwich/half salad. Because the portion is smaller and price is higher.Nice dessert tray, good varieties.I would definitely come back again to try their breakfast menu. Too bad, breakfast menu is not offered all day. FYI, the restaurant doesnt open for dinner time.The Parking: Street parking (2 hours free)

Such a cute atmosphere, food is awesome. Pictured below is their mind melting lemon meringue tart. As well as the roasted carrots and chicken parm. Very delicious

The worst service! Had to ask to order and ask to pay because no one was paying attention. Wanted to take my mom to a nice breakfast but never coming here again.

Sandwiches are improperly marked. Sadly, we didnt discover this until we sat down (at the Soda Shop) to eat the darn sandwich. Since they are closed on Sundays, we were unable to seek a refund.The two stars are for the 1-staff and 1-cute decor... although I wonder when the last time this place was dusted.

The food here is expensive but very good

I always buy the filet mignon sandwich in the to go area for my son after eating here. The gourmet market has stews, sandwiches, pastries along with some soaps, lotions and other fine items. Many from France.
