Ive been to see John twice now, and hes been prompt, professional, charged a fair price, and finished repairs when he predicted or better. I feel compelled to write this review particularly because he was able to turn my Van around in 24 hours with a new nox sensor and clear the 10 starts remaining alarm in time for me to use my Sprinter for work, going out of his way to save me a bundle of time, energy and money. On a side note, John referred me to a tire shop (Redwood General Tire) that is also fantastic. Best tire shop Ive ever been to.

I received exceptional service at AMS on my Sprinter T1N 2004 Dodge Sprinter 3500. John was quick to diagnose the problem accurately, and offer reasonably priced solutions. He then did the work in a couple days and delivered on the expectations the communicated. When an new issue appeared that was out of his range, he recommended a similarly effective mechanic.

NEVER go to a Mercedes dealership again, seriously. AMS is not only less expensive but just as knowledgeable and actually genuine about how they give technical advice.

Very fast and friendly but charge $120 ($93 labor) for swapping two headlight bulbs on a Mercedes C250 where it literally takes a minute to do both!
