Scam...scam...scam....please stay away from this shop...Its a very big scam guys..He sold me bmw 535i and it has lots of problems electric,ac, moonroof, lights, water leaks inside when it rains, suspension issue and many more.when i picked my car from him next day I called him and say hey ut got water leak lights fail etc and he use to say “bring it to me” everytime when i get a new issue and he has a small auto repair shop attached to this showroom. He usually fix everything temporarily and give it back and i should pay everytime i visit him. After i got the car from him in a month my car was in his shop for 20days atleast to fix the problems.I kept my car for 10 days hardly because of the problems i lost 7k from this fellow.I reported to my banker about this scam and he spoke to this guy and he cancelled my loan and bank guys picked my car and they returned to this guy from then he stopped picking up my cal.I paid 7k to him after trading my car buick encore. He is terrible guy and worst service.I lost 7k and car i have nothing now. Its a very big scam. I have all the reciepts.
Great overall experience. Dealt with Mike. Honest guy. Wish I could’ve bought my wife’s vehicle from here as well, but he didn’t have the stock at the time. I would encourage anyone to visit his spot and would feel comfortable referring non-car folks his way.Personally, I’m a car enthusiast and know the vehicles I’m interested in buying - from market value to any typical mechanical or electrical issues per model. I research each model thoroughly from TSBs to customer feedback on forums. The vehicle I was searching for was priced very fairly at Auto Experts - low miles, great condition etc.We had a great chat about cars and things and not once during our time was I rushed or pressured to buy. Super low key. In fact, he encouraged me to think over the decision and offered to trade cars for the weekend. Mike said to look it over for the weekend, show my wife (key point), take it to a shop - do what I had to do. Unreal.I wound up buying the car. It’s been a few months and absolutely no issues. Ironically, as much of the vehicle as I inspected, I hadn’t looked at the rear tires. Front tires were practically brand new and I must’ve only checked there. When I stopped by to take care of some more paperwork about a month later, I brought it up to Mike. He gave me a loaner for the day and had 2 new tires installed in the rear.Best car buying experience I’ve had at a car dealership - private or corporate. Definitely give them a shot if they have a model you’re interested in.(For more details see my yelp review)
I bought a 2006 BMW 530xi sports wagon. Mike has been more than accommodating to me. The car showed that it had low brakes a couple days after I bought the car and Mike agreed to replace them. He also fixed an electrical issue, tinted the Windows and put in navigation. They are kind and easy to work with. Good people who are true car enthusiasts.
Very bad experience. 0 customer service. bad attitude. I suggest the else dont come here, you deserve better.
They replaced my friends side mirror with the wrong part and just kept on finding excuses for not fixing their mistake. My friend ultimately gave up. Horrendous business ethics. Where do you report businesses like this?
I had a flat tire and Francisco fixed in five minutes. Well done 👍
This honestly needs a BBB review and a complaint.
I bought and paid cash for a $27k 2008 Porsche Cayenne S with clean title from these guys and after agreeing a deal, I noticed that the passenger front fender had been badly painted. I still agreed a sale, conditional on them getting the fender properly painted. I got this in writing. After returning the car to them 3 times for not fixing this problem adequately (or at all), they told me they had tried to fix it without success and not to come back. I had a stand-up argument with the owner saying I was not paying him to try, I was paying him to fix it. They refused completely to do anything more and I got stuck with a car with a bad paint job.Within 200 miles of owning this car, I needed a $2500 thermostat repair, a $1900 cardan driveshaft repair, 2 tires and some interior parts. They offered me only 25% of the market value for my car in trade, which I declined.I would never buy from this company again and strongly advise anyone else not to.
They really did fix my car!! Thanks Nick, good job!!
Very good customer service
Good many
