My experience with Rent a Center has been good,until I started getting merchandise from the San Pablo,Ca. Store. The manager is very very mean an very unapologetic. I have been waiting 4months for a bed frame n foot board to my 6 piece bdrm. Set. She has not try to accommodate or work anything out. She just hollers and scream at you. Never, never again!!!!!

The “manager” at this location is absolutely horrible she has the worst attitude ever. Does not know how to speak with people at all. With covid and everything going on she won’t speak with you and talks over you and screams at you. I will never go through them again because of her. She is absolutely horrible.

A bad place to buy a furniture I had bad experience buying a sofa since they don’t exchange anything sofa had a hole in bottom side they didn’t explain anything about guarantee manager told my wife to get out of there when she’s asking for exchange the bad product please don’t go and buy there is a ripoff

Unless my delivery comes in the next 1 1/2, I will not change my review. Ive been told by more than 1 employee at the San Pablo CA Office that my items were being loaded & delivered today. Called at 10am when they first opened and it is now 7:32pm. NO CALL NO SHOW Very unprofessional as I will be canceling my order 1st thing Monday Morning. They just lost not 1, but 2 customers. Me and my daughter!

The manager is awesome and goes over and beyond to make her customers happy!!!

I would love to see if I can give me a call from here they have helped a lot of my friends and Im the only one without one and I really need one for me and my kids and Im going to still look into that
