Will not reccomend. Brought my car over after it was struck by another car. They got it all fixed and looking right. But, a few days later after driving it, the bumper on both sides popped out and will not stay in place. Poor craftsmanship!

Helpful and professional from start to finish! Id never been here before, and its not that close to where I live, but the reviews were so good I decided to call for a quote. Not only did they give me a lower quote than Toyota, they were able to get the part faster as well. Darius was fantastic! He always returned my calls, and was very patient and helpful in dealing with the situation, as a second party was involved. They did great work, and even glued a piece of interior fabric back into place as a freebie! Highly recommended, and I would definitely go back (though hopefully I wont have to! )

Fixed my VW with basic damage. I had issues but the management took it well and acknowledged my concerns. Can’t give a full 5 just cause I can’t judge off of a small job.

I have to say what excellent service Was given to me! The owner is very sweet and had my car fixed within a week. The side of my car had a lot of exterior damage but the Victors made it look brand new! My friends thought I got a new car and I had to thank them very much for the amazing service they did!

This is where I brought Big Blue to be repaired. Nice and very patient with a shocked & upset person. Me. I came looking for an estimate of repairs. I spoke with a nice n personal person, who quickly accessed the problem and referred that information to my insurance. I can truthfully say Big Blue looks brand new. They did an awesome job!

When I contacted my insurance company (Ameriprise) about my where to take my vehicle for repairs they suggested San Pablo Auto-Body. I must say I received excellent service from David the manager and his employees. I received my vehicle back and was extremely happy with the service and and condition of my car. All work is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle. Also, they cleaned the inside of my car as well. I cannot express enough how happy I am to have taken my vehicle to this auto-body shop.Also, they dropped me off at my home and picked me up as well. My Pickup was damaged in an accident, I took it to San Pablo Auto-Body on a Monday and by Friday I was back in it driving. I am very please with the professional repairs, the service and the feeling they cared not only about my the repairs but that I was taken care of, this whole experience was the type of service one would expect and get in the old days when service and caring were real. I highly recommend San Pablo Auto-body. They took a bad out come and turned into a great experience and my pickup looks like it was new. All of the employees were very helpful, so if you need auto body repair ask for David.

Very pleased with their work and professionalism. When the rental car office was understaffed and crowded when I returned the rental, I called them to say I would be late and they waited patiently after closing hours for me to pick up my car. which was greatly appreciated.

Terrible customer service. My insurance towed my car to this shop because they wanted my car fixed here but when I tried to pick up the car because I wanted to take it to another shop they didn’t want to release the car to me even though I’m the registered owner. And the person who helped me started yelling me as I walked out with my key to get MY car. On top of that the quote was a joke that included a bunch of aftermarket or used parts for my car. I took my car immediately to a real shop to get my fixed and more friendly staff.

A few months ago mi car got scratched all around and Since I have been to this place before I didnt doubt to take it there. Now I am regretting this choice the worst paint job I wish I put more attention the day I picked the car up...warp moldings, over spray on door seals and if u look closely u can Still see the scratches of the sand paper seems like they Used really rough sandpaper not a professional job painfully I didnt check soon enough to take it back I am contacting the place and see what can be done Hopefully they take it to fix it but I doubt it .
