Got into my van to pick up my daughter and I got a warning light. Checked my tire and one was flat. Long story short, I am new to this area so I looked through a few different nearby shops and have enjoyed the markets on 23rd street so thats how I picked this one. I called them and they said they could take. Fixed within 20-30 minutes. Awesome. Got right on the freeway and it was all good and patched. They showed me the screw that was stuck in it. Gave me two options and didnt pressure me. $30 for the patch.

Went in and asked for them to check my van to see if I needed an alignment and was told they cant give me an alignment unless I know for sure I need an alignment. I told them it kind of shakes a little on the freeway and the guy tells me that it is not an alignment issue because it has to go left or right when I let go of the steering wheel. I ended up right across the street and I guess I needed an alignment because he charged me for an alignment. Communication wasnt good because he didnt seem to understand what I was saying so Im assuming I needed an alignment lol. Anyways, my van doesnt shake anymore on the freeway.

They were amazing. I was traveling through with a broken tie rod and the main shop sent me to them as they were able to get me in right away. Down side was the waiting room was not air-conditioned & it was 101° outside. But still I give them 5 ☆. Excellent prices too.

Great prices great staff and get all your tire needs. They even have a good price for lifetime wheel alignments. I am never buying tires any where else. They have free rotation every 5 mile. That is a life saver.

They are the worst don’t trust them went in for a used tire they gave me a tire that only lasted a day went back told them what happened they change the tire but put on the same tire and did a quick fix on the tire it went down after three days called them and they did not want to refund my money horrible service!!!!!

I came back to this place because the owner gave me a great service. I live about 20 miles away. I could have went to a different shop but I came because the owner has treated me with with good respect and fair service. However my 2nd visit for a different was not so great. His manager or someone. Guys with a beard was rude from the beginning. His quoted time frame was off by almost 45mins. I didnt complain. But after getting my tires installed I drove back home and the car was shaking. I figured I would bring it back on my next time Im off. I came back a little over 3 weeks later because again I dont live in their area. The same manager was giving me a hard time about not calling ahead of time and started arguing with me. I hope the owner reads this and provides better training for this guy who needs to work on his customer service skills.

THEY DONT HONOR INSURANCE CLAIMS!!!! I got my insurance check made out to the company and myself, deposited into my account so I can pay for the repairs. It restricted my account and when they call the auto repair shop to confirm that the work was done by then, they refuse to acknowledge it and I am out $3000 dollars. These people are dishonest scam artists that say they will honor Insurance claims but cuck you out of your money when the claim is being reviewed. By that time they have already done the work and have no liability.

These guys just helped me with my tire pressure for free because it was a simple air pressure problem. They could have taken advantage because Im super car-dumb and look it but they didnt. Writing my review so I remember to go back here for.my $55 wheel alignment and any other tire issues I have. (Plus, if it matters, everyone who works there seems to be super cute...) But good work, thank you!

Can you give them negative stars?! That would be giving them credit if you could. I went to this shop which I later found out to be a hack shop at best, I had installed bigger rims and had a rubbing issue. I asked them how I could solve this problem. They told me that I could use spacers on the coil over spring, so I told them lets do it! I was charged $140 for 2 spacers on each side. I pay, on the way home, it continues to scrap. I jacked up the car to find out the spacers were not installed correctly, very loose and not even adjusted to lift the vehicle. I took the spacers off and installed them the correct way. After all the time spent installing and adjusting, still didnt make a difference at all, still scrapping! I called them back to see why the spacers werent working they told me I could install 1 more on each side, which would bring the total up to 3 on each side. I asked them how much that would cost? They quoted me the same $140 they charged me the first time! I was shocked! I called A1 in Oakland and was told if they installed them correctly and adjusted them how I did that when I came back they should have told me that the coil springs in the rear were bad. I bought new springs from A1 in Oakland installed them which only took 20 minutes a side once the vehicle was up and wheeless, I left my vehicle there for 3 to 4 hours! The coil springs were cheaper than the amount they charged me here! DO NOT SUPPORT THESE COMMUNITY COLLEGE TIRE TECH DROP OUTS!! Very disappointing and waste of money!!

I ask them to do a alignment on my truck they told me no problem come back in one hour and it will be done for $70.00 dollars. OkI came back in a hour to find out they have a estimate for me for $1,160.00 or $30.00 For estimate.What a rip off. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE :(

Poor service horrible customer service when they replaced my gasket they broke one of my coils then told me is ok to drive my car with a broken coil so I did now my cadalidic converter needs to be replaced and one of my censers whent bad instead of helping people there making them pay more money and making the situation worse bad business!

Just went in to buy rims and these guys helped me see that I didnt need new rims very honest and efficient

Called twice .. got a quote .. accepted it .. arrived an hour later to replace my tires and rim .. they didn’t honor the quote and double it .. very unprofessional .. was a waste of time .. drove away to anther shop two blocked away and got the job done lower than what they doubled .

Very bad service, I had been here few times and I got to came back later to get the job well done, a bad alignment, low tires quality, problems with the mechanic service, and more, I talked with the manager but he always had excuses, so if youre ok with come back later to get a good job done, this is the place.Remember every time here had a waiting time, even for those already paid it and bad done jobs.

This place has good prices because they sell inferior products. Very dishonest business practices. Better to head down the street to D and D in Richmond. Really wish I had
