I was contacted by two of their Reps. I agreed to let them come out & do a quote for a new garage door. They quoted me at an amazing price that I couldnt pass up. They came out within the time frame they gave my husband & I to replace our garage door and we are 100% satisfied with their work! We love our new door, its definitely an upgrade from our old one. So glad that they redeemed themselves with me & we plan on using them in the future if we have anymore issues with our garage!

Ive used these people for years. They came out yesterday after I noticed some unusual sounds coming from the garage door opener. They fixed what needed to be fixed at a very reasonable cost. The tech was outstanding and unlike so many service company reps, he didnt find the need to go on a service safari followed by an aggressive up-sale pitch for something I didnt need. Amazing company, amazing techs, very competitive pricing.

Super great service. Clean and professional. These guys were on time, worked until finished and made sure I was pleased with the work. The cost was exactly as estimated and as promised. I highly recommend and will certainly call them for any future needs.

I’m not sure why scheduling was so confusing for this company, in any case they called me 2 days before my appointment saying they could be at my house in 40 minutes. When I told the caller my appointment was a different day, he hung up on me. I followed up with the company confirming my appointment, and on the actual day my window was 10am-noon. At 11:55 I called to ask if they were still coming, the dispatcher (?) apologized and called the technician. The same person who hung up on me two days before then called me saying he ‘just got the call’ and could be at our house in an hour. So, an hour after my quoted window he showed up, proceeded to be rude to my husband, who ended up pointing out a fault in the job at the end. He also quoted a 2 hour job, but we wasted so much time waiting from 10am-12 that my husband couldn’t stay any longer. When he heard that, he then said he could do it in an hour.Side note-the only reason I used this company was because I mistook them for my neighbors original recommendation of Golden *Gate* Overhead Garage. I would never use this company again.

Great service, good price. My spring busted on my garage door on a 3-degree day. My old normal garage guy wasnt returning my calls, so I called up this service, who answered at 7:30 AM, and they had a guy out within an hour. The technician was awesome, installed a whole new garage door the next morning for a price that was better than I saw anywhere else, including buying yourself at Home Depot. I will call them up to replace the siding and roof in the spring.

We used this service to replace a broken garage door motor, perform some routine maintenance, and undertake some special work streamlining components to allow our tall SUV to fit into our short garage. They did an outstanding job with everything, getting it all done quickly, professionally, and at a great price. Would absolutely recommend them for any of your garage needs.

Once again I had to call on the guys from this service for help. I did some drywall work in my garage. Tried to be as careful as i could when moving and re-stapling the wires for the door opener, but something went wrong. I called for help this morning. They sent someone the same day! He arrived just before 2 pm. Checked out everything and found the issue with the wires from one of the sensors. Fixed the issue and was gone with check in hand by 2:30. These guys are good!
