This review is just for the passport photos. Do not get them taken here. I did (paid @ $15) and just got a letter that my head is the wrong size in the photo so they are rejected. I submitted my passpot application and photos over 4 months ago and just got the notification, so now Im worried that I wont have my passport in time for my trip in January.

The African American lady that opens the store is never on time, store says open at 8am but more like 830. Then she dont even apologize for opening late. Very unprofessional

Ive used this UPS location for more than five years. Every one who works there is nice, efficient, and polite. Sometimes there is a line, but they work quickly to get every one in and out. I highly recommend this UPS location.

I was just there and this Beeson white woman who was in charge of the Notary was so unprofessional and very rude. Threw my ID and my papers in front of me. Have some manners lady.

I was there today for a return packet i was in the line an African American women zipped in didnt even bother getting in the line ithey made me wait outside for like half an hour and took kare of right away.When they call me i asked them what happened to my turn i was before her she didnt say a word about it front desk clerk was an African American too.I think they have discrimination going on so be very careful people.I dont recommend this place to anyone.I wish i could give them 0 star.I guess they are resist.

I had a great 1st experience right when I walked in I was greeted. Then the nice tall woman helped me with my return shipping for my package. Was in and out in about 3 minutes! Thank you!

I spoke to an employee named Angel at 11:14 am DECEMBER 12, 2020 and she was the rudest employee. When I asked if I can pick my package up from their location where it shows on my tracking she said she was new and didnt have a manager on duty for me to speak with which is hard to believe. Theres always a manager on duty at businesses. She just kept asking me if I have any questions without getting me the help I need and also over talking me.

Poor Customer Service! this place will rip you off! 5$ fee for using printer on top of 17cents per page! had to print one page. ended up using online print service which was 0.60 cent per page! at least i saved 5$ but! another story is that they didnt liked me using online service since they didn’t get that 5$ and their lame service made me wait 15mins to just pickup that one page document

Best UPS store ever! The sweetest young lady was so helpful with my packages. They’re doing a great job with social distancing too. Probably worth the drive to avoid the UPS on solano.

Don’t like to deal with this store but sometimes I have too, and always there’s something wrong with my experience rude staff, especially the skinny white girl . Service is awful right there. Never go back even if I travel 100 mile to get my need done.

Just tried to drop off some packages before the store closed and they turned me away. They had a few customers in line but technically the store wasnt closed. If your hours say closed at 3pm then you shouldnt turn customers away who arrive before 3pm. Thats just poor customer service and lazy. Im sure the workers dont just stop getting paid at 3pm. They just dont want to do more than they have to. Poor customer service imo.

Im not one to leave bad reviews but seriously San Pablo UPS get it together. Anytime Amazon ships through you I cringe because my stuff either never shows up or shows up weeks later. My stuff has been scanned in and out of your facility and supposedly out for delivery for two weeks now. Its getting ridiculous and you dont ever answer the phone. Either you are very disorganized or someone is stealing.

They’re late with my son’s birthday present. He waited by the front door all day. Someone (lazy) just didn’t feel Like delivering it and took it back to the warehouse. I Can’t call, can’t pick it up. This is so messed up!!!!

This has been my go-to store for years. Helpful, close, they make dealing with my mobility issues easy, better prices than the nearby (other shipper), and I have been a customer through one change of location already.- - Now the Google listing says closing soon, and the phone goes to a voice mail, not hours and location! While I hope they are just moving again, I may have to do the long trek to the nice people near Hilltop Mall, or crack out extra money at the (nice other shipper) instead.If youre reading this, UPS, please dont leave us without a store!

I went there to return a package and one of the employees attitudes was a little uncalled for. I went to return an amazon package, since it was not what i expected. Everything went fine until it was time to scan the barcode. I was standing there because i had not seen her scan the barcode. and when i asked her about it, she very snarkily replied i already scanned it. I did not like the employee treating one of her customers like that. just wanting them to be more properly trained to deal with customers.

Horrible customer service with racist overtones. I went to this store for notary service. When the notary on-duty saw that my notary request was for a Jurat, she refused to do it. Her reason was that she had not sworn anyone in before. In reality, if you cant complete a Jurat, then how can you be a notary? I will mention that she appeared to be Caucasian and Im African-American, hence the remark about racist overtones. I also ended up paying $2.00 for a $.99 envelope because she was going to make me wait an elongated time for change. NEVER ANY PROBLEM AT THE EL CERRITO STORE, where I will take all my business going forward.

Absolutely the worsted UPS that Ive ever encountered. According to UPS my package delay due to bad weather. The weather wasnt even bad the ground might be wet but it wasnt even raining. On top of that I received multiple packages from different businesses that day but their shipping carriers were USPS. So dont order from UPS during the winter time because your package will most likely get delay due to what they call bad weather (lame excuse).

Went there today at 4:00 and only one person was there.There was 2 folks in line ahead of me who had copy and notary needs.The communication with the person there was not good and was snooty and snarky, also attempted to bait me into a argument.This my first in going to this UPS I usually go to Hercules I wanted to give it a try and it just did not workout.Definitely under staffed.

Really really bad customer service, when I was talking with a staff, another staff literally jumped in and then they chatted for 5 minutes. The staff who was helping me had to ask my last name for 3 times in 10 minutes. Each time before she put my last name into the system, the other staff started talking with her and she just wandered away from the computer.If they were talking about something serious or urgent, I wont complain.But they were just chatting, this is very unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable.

Worst UPS i dealt with, they have lost several of my packages and or have had them returned back to Amazon because theyre idiots who dont know how to use common sense and call me back when my package has arrived.although in all the packages, i ask the shippers to put it in the label to call me when the package arrives at my local delivery carrier. I never have this problem with USPS or FedEx.

Phone number listed on Google and their website does not work. My package is now arriving 2 days late when I only live 30 minutes away from this location. This could have been avoided if their phone number on their website worked and if they answered my email where I asked if I can come pick up the package myself.

The store is supposed to open at 8am. I chose this store because of the hours, but alas the shop owner did now show up and it’s 8:14. Someone else is also waiting and told me this has happened to him in the past. If I ever get in, I can review how the shop works when it’s open.
