I spoke to a staff memo on the phone prior to going in (Ron K.). Incredibly knowledgable, polite and informative. I went in with my wife and spoke to Ron. We needed up walking away with a new LG, perfect for our needs as our last TV up and died after only two years. I would highly recommend Ron. He was able to shave $50 off of BestBuys prices and gave us a 5 year warranty to negate issues we recently dealt with on our Samsung. Thanks again Ron, you made our buying experience, both on the phone and in person an absolute pleasure!

Wake up people! You get for what you pay for! Bought a Samson television less that 30 days ago and it came out defective with only a few uses. They sold me an extended warranty from a third party that does not even allow to send it in. Came to the store four times until the manager found a time to meet me and at the end of the day rejected the return. Word place to buy a television. This place is a total scam!!

As well, Video Only gave me a better deal by far than any other vendor Id checked out. Also they give a great warranty. A+++ all around.

I went to Video Only because friends said they would walk me through TVs today as it had been years since I bought one. Don Lusardi did just that & with no pressure. I went home to measure & think about it and returned the next day to purchase my new Samsung. I couldnt be happier & very very happy about how easy it was to make a decision after Don spent a lot of time with me clarifying my choices. Also, the same TV was $300 more across the street.

I had a great experience buying an OLED TV at Video Only. The customer rep was very and nice and immediately helped me pick out and buy the TV I wanted.The price was many hundreds less than at Best Buy just across the street. If you are in the market for a new TV, check at Video Only first, they may save you hundreds of dollars.The rep also did not push any stupid $50+ HDMI cables or warranties, which I appreciated.Overall, 5/5 rating from me. If I need another TV or sound system in the future, I will go to Video Only first.
