This is the worst service ever! I brought my car for inspection. They damaged my car! Probably during their car wash. Roof frame got huge bent. Mirror is broken. Hundreds of small scratches around this area. After our conversation with the manager It’s look like that it’s not the first time and it’s normal situation for them. They said that they will call me to schedule an appointment but nobody called me. This is not the first issue with this service department. Last time they tried to over charge me for the service which must be free by extended warranty. Other time they forgot to send you shuttle car, other time they forgot to call you when your car is ready and many and many other issues.

Service was friendly and questions answered promptly. My only issue was the website; which did not default to parts for the correct trim level entered in the query. Fortunately Lindsay at Toyota Marin provided the correct part number and I was able to order it online at a competitive price. Be aware that they would only honor the lower price if the order was placed on the website, although I did pick up the part in person.

Received special order parts in a timely manner. They even helped me load into my car. What else do you need? Reason for the 4 stars? They never answer the phone when you call.

I needed some running boards for my new 2019 4Runner. Wanted something that would absolutely fit without drilling or modifying. Ordered a set from Toyota of Marin, They arrived in a couple of days, and took 20 minutes to install. Cant get better than that!

Placed two orders online for various accessory parts for my 2018 Camry XSE V6 and the parts were shipped to my house overnight. Completely by surprise.!!! Loved that aspect of the order. Staff replied quickly to an email question on order. Will purchase from again.

I ordered a mirror for my wifes camry. I received an email from Toyota Marin parts soon after that which informed me of a mistake, and several choices for me to go. I purchased the wrong mirror according to the vin number. I received the correct part in 2 days. Those guys are great!Thanks

This parts dealer is the worse. I have called them 4tikes and no return call. The toll free number provided doesn’t even go to them.Need to return something and getting no help. Next step will be Toyota themselves

Worst dealership ever! They sold me the wrong parts and made it very difficult to even contact them. The email receipt they sent me has a phone customer service phone number that doesnt even work. After finally getting their phone number online from a Google Search, their parts guy Dave told me that the couldnt help me until theyre online sales guys got back from vacation. I would give this dealership ZERO stars if I could.
