The staff is kind and efficient. I’ve gone there for a long time and have always received helpful and nice service. The hot chocolate is delicious and the bagels are amazing.

First time here. Great selection, tasty bagels and efficient staff! Was a very busy Saturday morning line that moved quickly. I dont live nearby but I will be back!

Great bagels Noahs used to be this GOOD back on the days, crispy. Cut in half bagels and fresh made. Today is a joke and this small shop is the place.. friendly staff.

Customer service is always good. Its fairly busy in the morning but big enough to socially distance and wait for your turn or your order. I prefer Noahs because they are softer but Bagel Street has different options that my family enjoys like the strawberry bagel. And the cream cheese is far better here, with real pieces of fruit and seasonings depending on which flavor you are looking for.

I went in on my lunch needing something fast and this was so fast, nice people, great bread, and the sandwhich i had was sooooo huge and good!

How do you maintain having a license to sell food, and think that this is the appropriate way to serve to-go cutlery? Gross.

The service was very friendly and attentive. Similar to a place in Denver I liked.

Great bagels and sandwiches with lots of delicious options!

Been here many times for toasted bagel sandwiches. Usually Nova lox sandwich or the tuna melt. Prices were reasonable for what you get, usually good portion size. Food was very tasty, fresh bagels. I usually come at the end of the day, nice to find a bagel place open until 5pm. I always get good service, cant complain. Compared to other bagels places that are okay, this one is very good.

Great bagels. Hefty portion of schmears (cream cheeses). Quick. And plenty of drink options. Its a bagel and sandwich shop so only come here for those mainly.

Racists kid working. Don’t ever go here. My wife is Asian. This was after I got hung up on when they gave me wrong order. I went back with untouched bagel and asked for my order. That kid is lucky to be alive for how he talked to me.

The young workers struggle with providing good customer service. As soon as they pointed out that their mom is the boss/owner, it was clear that they were not concerned about being accountable and the customer’s experience was not priority. It is a shame that the manager is more concerned about being right rather than respecting his boss (mom) and focusing on growing the business.The roastbeef sandwich I ordered was prepared with fatty end cuts of meat (no slices). The rest of the sandwich was great except for the excess of mayo. I ate half of the sandwich minus the majority of the meat that was left partially chewed on the plate (sorry for the gross image). I peeked at the second half and the meat was the same low quality. I walked the sandwich to the counter to convey my experience and the first worker offered to open my sandwich and replace the meat with something else. I told him that I was not Ok with this solution and he pointed out that since I ate half (minus the partially chewed meat) they would not replace. It was clear they were not interested in the customer’s experience. The manager was thrilled that my family and I left the establishment and were not coming back. What a shame.

Pretty good place when Im in the mood for a bagel breakfast sandwich. large portions. The meat is sort of non descript each time Im there though and have different orders. Fast service though.They are a bit behind on payment technology and have a minimum purchase for credit cards. Used to be a certain sandwich was just under that price so they upped the price.They are definitely up on charging you for every little thing. Once tried to charge me for a coffee I already had and brought in when I was walking by and decided to pop in. It was in a Starbucks cup.

The food is good but the staff gives off an unwelcoming feeling. Dont dare make them repeat themselves or not understand what they said. They come off as being Jerks. I would have been visiting this place at least 3 times a week for the last 2 years if it werent for that.I use to always visit the one in Dublin when I worked close by many years ago. I think their owner should come work at this location and put the staff in their place!
