I tripped over some uneven pavement and scratched up a pair of brand new Dansko clogs pretty badly on the front. These guys made it look like it never happened, and gave me really solid advice about leather care when I asked. Professional, courteous, quick, dependable, pleasant.

If I could give this place No Stars I would! I took my shoes in last week to be cleaned came to pick them up today and the lady at the front Desk told me he did not like how they came out so I have to wait until tomorrow . Mind you when I let them know I was picking up my shoes he grabed my shoes and started brushing them with the suede brush like he had forgot to even do my shoes ! I ended up walking out and was going to come back tomorrow to pick them up, but then changed my mind . I then walked back in to grab my shoes. When I walked back in the lady at the front desk was talking about me to the other man working .VERY unprofessional! She was embarrassed when she seen I was standing behind her . I would never recommend this place to anybody! You don’t treat people like that especially when people are coming in and trusting you with a personal item. Horrible customer service and they do not do a good job

This is a family owned business that has been in the current location for generations. Good service seems to be a lost art in todays society. At this store the family takes pride in their work. They repair shoes the old fashioned way. Everything is done by hand with love and care. The family cares about their customers and this shows in the quality of their work and the way they treat their customers. I will return anytime I want to add extra years to the life of my shoes or leather products. I would highly recommend the morelli Brothers for all of your leather work needs.

So let’s say it has been Decades-sss.From the most basic shoe or purse repair, to dyed to match shoes, to whatever. If you haveShoes, handbags, belts, etc. that you love, but they have some sort of issue-take it to Marelli Bros. & just ask if they have a solution, before you discard them. So many times, I’ve thought “ oh these are a gonner” but I take ‘em to Marelli just in case there is still hope & Voila! They are good as new. (What was I thinking?!!)I’ve lived all over Marin, I see other more conveniently located shoe repair stores, yet I Never think twice about driving the extra miles to go to Marellis.You don’t stay in business this long without making a lot of customers happy.
