Before the rebranding I came here once or twice but the smell from the butcher shop kept me away. Now it is spotlessly clean & pleasant. Good selection of produce, Latin groceries, cheeses, baked goods etc.And I am happy to support all businesses that enforce the mask mandate!

I finally broke down and tried a burrito. The carne asada was this almost ground beef mess. Beans were tasteless. It was not even taco truck slop for a premium $. Live and learn. Ill stand by the 5 star taquerias we all know and love.

The staff are extremely patient and helpful. The store is fairly big and has its own food court as well. There was a bit of a language barrier due to many of the staff knowing only Spanish but nonetheless the staff still try their best to help you out. Something to watch out for that I have been told (but havent seen yet) is the cleanliness while handling food.

I went to buy some chicken and the butcher was acting very rude. I asked for him to cut a chicken I bought and he responded to me very rudely as to why he can’t. Like he was talking to me like a random person in the street instead of a customer. I always buy at Mexican super market and this is the only time someone has acted like this in 15+ years.

If your in a hurry or on lunch dont come here!! There pan and baked goods are incredible but always takes long time and thier prices for groceries all seem to be more then other stores. Dont know why I thought I could get lunch here today but I was there for nearly 30mins just trying to get a container of premade soup.whole lunch wasted and I still walked out empty handed. Last time I actually managed to get something there that was premade within my lunch time there was a melted piece of plastic in my food that had obviously been cooked for hours. Do yourself a favor and go to any other store or restaurant.

The produce is fresh. I like going because of all the authentic Hispanic food. It reminds me of when I was young and shopped with my grandmother. The prices are great, great variety of meats. The bread was still warm. I love the flan. It almost like homemade. There were no shopping carts available, I had to wait in the parking lot for one. The lines were very long, so if youre in a hurry, dont bother. The music playing was very loud. Good music, but more appropriate for a party.

Worst customer service. Hot food is nasty. Tripa way too over cooked. Cashier in the hot food section very rude and answering with attitude. Chicken tenders were like rocks almost broke my teeth. Meat section: rude carnicero and old meat, the meat window was DIRTY and touching the chicken. Floors are DIRTY. Overall worst experience, I won’t be coming back and letting family members know not to come here.MANAGEMENT: please retrain your staff on customer service or re hire new friendly faces.

First time I’ve been since rebranding. The prepared foods didn’t look nearly as good as before, so we’ll see when we eat them. I bought fixings fir burritos. Overall variety seems much less than before- I couldn’t find a flan, and veggie selection pretty limited. Store seemed seriously understaffed too- this is a Saturday afternoon, so you’d expect it to be busy. I really enjoyed Mi Pueblo, not sure I’ll return to this incarnation again.

I visited the store many times since they opened, but lately is been terrible customer service from all departments, last time i was there, I went to buy ground meat, it was in brown color definitely didnt look fresh, I asked the meat clerk to see if he can, ground some of fresh he refused to do it has to sale the one already grounded, not happy, dont recommend this store anymore, i will recommend the Montanas Market in San Pablo way better.

Love this Mi Pueblo Food Center! Its really clean, has a lot of great items, and the people are super friendly. However, I did get a mocha from here in a pinch, to satisfy the craving, and it wasnt good. Ill stick with B2 just a few blocks over. Unlike the Cupertino location, this one is a little smaller and a lot more quaint, which definitely matches the neighborhood vibe.

Mi Pueblo was a great place to get your fast food and Ethnic food. Then things got ugly when workers got frustrated with poor management and the way they treat employees that now you get a 50 / 50 chances of getting a good meal. Food quality is a 40 the meat quality is a 30 even though the choices are abundant you always leave hoping for a better experience. The only constant here is the Salvadorean pupusas and Tamales made by Doña Mari who she is alway willing to go the extra mile and get your order right and on time.

Love this place!! Great produce, meat and traditional Latino treats! The bilingual staff are friendly and the fresh made food is authentic and takes me back to childhood (yes the piñatas help). This market has an expanded deli where they are able to sell delicious items such as tamales, pupusas, pan dulce, flan, and sliced fruit such as coconut and mango. Equally impressive are the two Santa Maria grills where they cook chicken. Can’t wait to come back to enjoy some of that chicken. It is always pleasantly surprising when you see a full cart groceries for half the price of these large chain grocery stores.
