In truth, we were a bit nervous about going with Gilman’s for our kitchen countertop installation because the reviews were quite mixed. But we’re so glad we did! Chrissy deserves ten stars—she was incredibly helpful, responsive, kind, and proactive in helping us come up with an affordable solution when our initial mismeasurement made us fear we’d need a second quartz slab (we didn’t, thanks to Chrissy and the fabricator). As for the demolition and installation itself, it went off without a hitch. Adrian and Adrian were terrific—on time, fast, efficient, and very helpful. Our new countertops and sink are beautiful, and we couldn’t be more pleased. A couple of higher-rated companies we seriously considered were totally unresponsive after the first promising stage (their estimates were also higher than Gilman’s anyway). Go with Gilman’s!

Chrissy was the designer that helped us with our countertop project. The owner decided on Ceaser Stone and she was very helpful and delightful to work with. She helped me every step of the way and the countertops are beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone. Actually I already have so get ready Chrissy and crew.Thank YouCathy

I requested this company to do a $50,000 partial kitchen remodel and they said no thanks we don’t do that. It seems like they only want expensive 1 percenter jobs. They supplied all of my cabinets in the past, and helped me with replacement parts a few years ago. It was a nice experience. Now, they do not want my business or money, and it was quite a shock to be treated like trash. I will never seek their services again.

So rude! Only deeeep in ther website did it say appointment only, so forgive me for missing it. A few weekends ago, my whole family and I drove all the way out just to be turned away. Would not accommodate us even though there was no one in the store. All other stores (right next to them) are taking appropriate covid precautions, why can’t they?? At the very least, put ‘by appointment only’ clearly on your website! They should have tried to squeeze us in; there was nobody in the store. Instead, they pretty much just shut the door in our face. Awful!

Excellent service! Now my kitchen look so nice.
