I have used this company for decades for my personal and rental properties. However, they are now falling down on the basics. I alerted them about a time window a month ahead of time for an installation after a tenant was moving out, which was virtually ignored. I then set up a specific install period once I had a quote, and it was confirmed by phone with my wife on the conference call. When we inquired the day before the install date, they acted like it never existed and claimed they had no record (just three days later). Then when I needed additional flooring work, we set up and appointment again, and they were a no-show. When I called in they tried to blame it on Covid Labor issues. I asked why I did not get a courtesy call instead of having someone waiting for hours at the location. They said that this IS the courtesy call (It was I who called THEM and it was after-the fact). Obviously there is no one managing the installation schedule except the customer who is left to micro manage even the most basic functions. Its understandable to have labor issues, but not acceptable to leave the customer dangling with no information. They said they would find out why there was a no show and would call back, but that never happened. MAJOR service fails.

We stopped by here today and Chas was EXCELLENT! I had two middle school girls looking for carpets of the bottoms of the lockers (they saw fancy ones at Pottery Barn Teen) Chas helped them pick out some samples that were perfect for their lockers- Thanks Chas and thanks Just Remnants- we will be back for sure!!!

I had Marty at Just Remnants handle all my carpet and hard wood vinyl flooring for our new home we just purchased. He was amazing!! I changed my mind a couple times on my choices and he helped me with all of my crazy last minute decisions, with patients, professionalism and kindness. His staff of installers were awesome too. They worked extra hard and long hours to do the job in one day so I would be happy and they went above and beyond!! I truly appreciated all the professional, courteous and hard work the Just Remnants staff gave to my my family! Carpet and flooring look incredible, were so very happy!! Thank you Marty and staff!! Youre ALL Awesome! I recommend them to everyone!!

Pretty easy to set up the appointment. Price seemed reasonable to me, and the crew was efficient. Everything looks great and people comment on how much better things look. Overall, pretty satisfied.

Customer service needs improvement. Delivery was promised between 9 AM and 10 AM. At 11:30 AM I called to find out where the carpet was. The store knew that the installers were facing a major delay at their first stop and never let me know that the delivery would be at my home until 2PM. Once they got to my home the installation process went smoothly and the carpet looks as good as we expected.

Best value. They dont only do remnants although those can be a great deal. On two occasions we ordered carpets from one of their catalogs. Delivery and installation was prompt and the crew did an excellent job.

I use them at a recommendation of a property Management company. Never had an issue with their staff, service, or installation process. Quick responsive and attentive to detail at a fair cost.
