It’s a great place. They are all friendly and helpful. Just wish they could carry the Xbox so I can actually buy one! LOL! 😉

I can’t remember everyone’s name I see Precious most of the time when I’m on break and stop by. The entire staff is welcoming and very helpful. They really make sure you’re satisfied with your shopping experience and explains in detail the promotions. Omg! The staff here is really awesome.

So first of all I’m very disappointed about the shipping service on this place. I went to game stop to pick up a game on their website they said they had a physical copy of it. When got their and asked the guy at the desk for the game. He said they didn’t have it at the store but we could place an order for it. So we went with that and ordered it from the store. They said it would take 2-4 business days so I had to wait over the weekend. On Monday I was expecting it to arrive but it didn’t so we went to gamestop and they gave us a tracking number so we called it. They said our package was lost in transit so they would order us a replacement that would take 2-4 business days to arrive. It was supposed to arrive today but didn’t. So we called again and they said it would be delayed all the way to Sunday to arrive. This was ridiculous and I’m still waiting on the package.

What kind of place has controllers for sale even has boxes in display but has non in stock

Looked the part but we know GameStop hasnt been doing well. Luckily theres still an alternative to best buy for now

Grate place to talk to people who are up to date on the latest in gaming and often give good advice on picking out games, there has ever been a couple of times where they saved me a lot of money and hart egg because I didnt end up buying a bad game. Also there special deals are cool

If you come here ask for Matt. He has great customer service that is getting harder and harder to find. He took his time assisting us and answering not just our questions but our sons as well. And boy did our little one have some questions about Skylanders. Thank you Matt for being so kind and patient, you rock!

This Gamestop is one of the best. Very friendly, very helpful staff. They put on events every once in a while. For the SSBU release they did a tournament and provided free popcorn while watching or participating.

Its improved a lot over the years, the staff is a lot nicer. The one complaint is their stock, but they cant really control that

Actually surprised to be reviewing this so high, but I pre-ordered a game for pickup in the store and I forgot about it. Then, they actually called me to remind me to pick it up, and not just scam me out of the $60. The manager does suck though. Very bad customer support.

Good service and lots of games, gift cards for a variety of systems and online games, there are tiny toys that relate to games or movies (like fortnite etc...). A little bit crowded sometimes for a little space but it depends :)

The place is really good Ive known it for a while and its one of my go to places as a gamer. They usually have good stock and have great service but, the reason why Im giving it 4 stars us because they should put items on sale more. Also never trade in your games, ammibo, Skylanders, or anything like that because theyre dirt cheap with that stuff. I reccomended selling them on ebay or Craigslist.

Bought a game, it was broken. Now here trying to return and they threaten to call police on us. Horrible horrible management.
