This review is about there Turbo Grills not the store.I bought an Elite 4 Burner grill three years ago for my vacation home. I use the grill only occasionally, about 4-5 times per year. Last year the steel grates began breaking on the grill, literally falling off.BBQ Galore could offer no explanation for this except that I may have been to aggressive with them. I only turn steaks and fish, Please. What they did offer was that I could by a new set of grates for $300. I had no choice but to buy theses grates.Too shorten the story the Turbo BBQs have gone way way way down in quality. I could understand this if they were inexpensive but they are not.I would search for a different brand
Great location, large selection, excellent knowledge by salesman, customized home delivery/install, follow-up for my satisfaction. Outstanding.
Completely dishonest. Refuses to honor warranty on products they sell because their company has been bought by new investors in the past 5 years nullifying previous commitments. THEY STILL SELL THE SAME PRODUCT WITH THE SAME GUARANTEE. This is not a mistake by an unknowing salesman, this is the work of the store manager. Buy consumables here because they are convenient. Otherwise they are NOT TRUSTWORTHY TO HONOR ANY PRODUCT WARRANTY
These guys are the worst! I purchased one BBQ and they gave me another and when I called to tell them they made a mistake. They said no thats the one you ordered and said the one I wanted was out of stock. This is after they assured me that the one I ordered was in stock.. I returned it that day and will never do business there again.. Theyre like used car dealers anything to get the sale.. Even lying to your face!!
