Hands down best place to buy ski gear in Marin County, if not the entire Bay Area. Steve and team are all top notch experts and care about every customer who walks through the door. Service is excellent. I’ve bought my used gear here my entire life and just picked up an excellent pair of new skis and bindings, as well as “like new” boots at a great price here too.

Friendly knowledge staff with a great selection of gear. So-so location with not much parking, but that didnt become an issue for our visit. Walked out with a awesome pro scooter for my 4 year old. All smiles.

Absolutely great shop! I bought a board online for my wife for Christmas that they just happened to sell the same day. It was last years model so there was no way to get another one. They called and quickly explained what happened and hooked me up with a deal on a 2019. My wife was so happy with the upgrade. Thanks Demosport, awesome service!

Brought my board in for a waxing. Very friendly staff. Got to the mountain and the board was sticking like crazy. had to buy a scraper and do it myself. Was on their really thick! Pictures dont lie... You would think doing a simple wax job on a board would be simple, but not for these guys. Wont be back....

Steve is a big pile of you know what. He lied to me several times over the phone. He used the excuse several times that hes just a small ski shop and cant offer the same customer services as a big store, so good luck with that I knew I should have gone to REI or at least somewhere that has stuff in stock.This guy only buys single items so dont ever think that you could exchange something. Good luck with the exchange process all together he told me he was just going to leave me hanging.

Ive been snowboarding for 19 years and have bought loads of boards and gear through local shops and online stores. I am very particular about what I choose to ride, so in many cases I am forced to shop online -- its easier to get what I want, and I dont have to fret about explaining something to a seasonal shop employee at a larger big box outdoors store (even Sports Basement falls into this category during the snow season).I cannot stress this enough: Steve and the rest of the staff at Demo Sport are HANDS DOWN the most knowledgeable snowboard supplier in the greater Bay Area, and provided the BEST customer service Ive ever experienced while buying a snowboard. Steve didnt bat an eye when I told him the board I hoped to buy -- he ordered the board for me directly through the manufacturer, as he didnt carry the model. When the first board didnt fit exactly right, he ordered a second size for me, no questions asked. You would be extremely hard-pressed to find this kind of care anywhere else. I will be buying all of the gear that I can through Demo Sport from now on, and singing their praises to the groups I ride with around the Bay. Thank you, Steve!

GREAT, FRIENDLY, AVAILABLE SERVICE! Has hard to find products for great prices. Staff is knowledgeable and stay up to date with what the best items are and what they are going to be in the future. Shipped bindings right out to me just in time for a birthday when I was in a bind. Definitely wish I could visit the store in CA! Highly recommended.

Ive been coming here for over 20 years and the level of service and experience as a whole somehow gets better and better over time. Even early on when I got my skis and snowboard from here long ago, I remember the support, customer service, knowledge and genuine interest in helping people taking place. The owner hasnt lost his touch one bit and treats everyone the same in a very respectful and polite manor. This level of service is rare to come by these days and always look forward to working with anyone there. Youll find people smiling, enrichment and excitement here always!

I love demo skis, or what ever its name is. I buy top-of-the line equipment as per Steves recommendations. Now, Im cheap, but in the end I save money because the equipment he sells me last so long. My last ski boots lasted 20 years (true). I love his recommendations and expertise. Now, although I live in Honolulu, Ill consult with him on my next pair of skis and bindings. Thank You, Steve.

I have been snow boarding for a few years now, and finally decided to get a serious set up. I have to say, that the quality of product and service that demo sports has to give is hard to match. Steve took such good care of me in getting me the right gear and most especially, the right set up. I trully felt welcomed and at home in this shop. I would highly recomend anyone to go there!

Great location with a wide array of gear. I got some inline skates for 50% off. Theres also a lot of Modern Gear :-) the staff is quite friendly and more than willing to help you try on multiple pieces till you find what works for you. I recommend them highly.
