I have never been here before, but I saw this place on Lonley Planet and came here with my 11 collegues on Saturday. They all satisfied with the atmosphere and food, especially lamb steak and salmon. Around 8 p.m. a guitar performance started and I fell in love with the music. It was perfect and I am very moved. Staffs are professional and friendly and they told me that they have a piano performance on Monday. Except for Sunday, there are instrument performances at the restaurant. I would love to come back someday.
The name of this legendary restaurant is Akumb, which translates as The Club. Its been around for 16 years and still going strong. Food is as amazing as it is affordable. Not cheap but affordable. The quality is top. It is closed due to COVID right now but I still enjoy their food as they finally started a delivery service. Definitely try it.
This is my most beloved place in Yerevan. if I werent an interested and active person, who always likes to try something new, I would never go anywhere else but here! I love the atmosphere, the place, the design, thg food, the wine, the activities they organize there and of course the people working there! love love love!the only bad thing for me is, that smoking is allowed inside at the cafe area...
A wonderful culinary experience at this popular Yerevan restaurant. Appetizers are served in small cones and are deliciously prepared at this romantic downstairs establishment. The cheese selections were well chosen and the beef dish tender and very tasty. Wish I could go back there!
So impressed with this Restaurant. The staff, Anna in particular, was so extremely friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing and the wine was very very good. Beautiful ambiance!
Best steak in town (you have to cook it yourself on a hot stone)!! Also, the best pizza but only served at their cafe section. Very cozy, warm and friendly restaurant that, as I understood, has been around for a while. A bit hard to find but also hard to leave.

Very fancy and wine oriented restaurant in one the most hype area in Yerevan. We had a mix of tapas, very delicious and elaborated. Wine was good and the price was average for Yerevan. Recommended.
The entrance is below ground, so dont walk past it. Once inside, youll be pampered in posh digs, with fancy food to match. This is mainly French food with some Armenian influences, but its all well done, presented beautifully, and for American tourists, you get tons of bang for your buck.
Two days in a row. The service was impeccable, the food beyond great, the wine delicious and the music fun!
Its a lovely place, actually, with the Bards Club giving concerts there once a week and movie screenings. The design, the two halls with radically different atmospheres. Too civilized to drink yourself to death, maybe, but nice for a cup of coffee or two.

Great place! Great food. A bit pricey for Yerevan compared to places with similar food. But the atmosphere is unique and classy.
Food is average. The place is nice but gets too noisy with groups and live music. Service is just ok. I found it a bit presumptuous.

Highly recommend to visit for local tasty food, wine and live music. Comfortable three separate places for restaurant, bar and cafe which can easily transform into cinema room or meeting room.

One of my favourite restaurants in Yerevan. Great service and amazing food. They serve both traditional armenian and international dishes. Try the steak on a stone for a tasty experience. For desert go to the small tea room and try their crème brûlée.
I liked the atmosphere and there are a few halls where you can find the exact atmosphere you want.

A really nice place, where you can enjoy a high level dinner with piano and tenor musical accompaniment who sang local classics and Italian tradition. The setting is also simple and elegant and the staff are polite and helpful. The dishes are a modern reinterpretation of traditional cuisine with some hints of European cuisine. The filled mini cones as an appetizer are very popular. The portions are what you would expect in a restaurant of this standard but satisfactory.
It was just that to my taste. I ordered a palette famous for white fish dishes, steaks, and appetizers, but the fish and steaks were delicious, but I felt difficult how to enjoy the palettes and the price was expensive. In general, the atmosphere is good and the decoration is nice, so it is a good place to take pictures, but the price is very expensive. The amount was also small, so I didnt feel full.

Western food. The food is exquisite. The main course is called tin foil, trout, willow, tomato, potato, cucumber, and cognac. The wine is sweet and tangy, and the fish fillets are tender and smooth. The sweet wine sauce does not cover the sweetness of the fish fillets. The chef is really outstanding.Also called a bacon chicken roll with vegetarian spring roll and pumpkin juice, which was also excellent.The two dishes are spring and summer dishes in the restaurant. After the season, the dishes will change.The restaurant has a non-smoking area and has its own wine cellar. People with good cups have their own experience.The restaurant is moderately priced and can make this level of food at great value for money.
The food is delicious and the wine and cognac are excellent.However, there was a smoker in the restaurant whether it was non-smoking.I also liked the songs of the piano player and singer.
Great place for a good evening. Delicious food, a decent selection of wine and the help of a sommelier. The hall is divided into three parts. Cons: non-smoking area is not much different from smoking. Personally, I had a slip with a steak, but without question, they changed it to an excellent roast. Prices are average for the city. I note Tartarus and the bull egg. The submission is original. Great place for a romantic dinner

Nice place with nice atmosphere, live music. There are several halls with different orientations.Everything is tasty, quite expensive, but the meat is wonderful. It is quite difficult to choose something for children. Good wine selection. The main visitors are foreign tourists. In general - I liked it.
