I asked around and read many reviews before selecting Accurate Autobody in Sand Springs. Jason and the folks at Accurate were great to work with! I asked numerous questions about their practices before I agreed to let them do the repairs and felt confident that they would do a great job. Although our car was declared a total loss by the insurance company Accurate was very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Our insurance coverage did not pay for a rental during the one week it was being processed. The great folks at Accurate had a rental there for a phenomenal flat rate.While I hope to never need their services again, Ill be sure to go to them if the need arises.

Totally agree with the review before meI have used this place several times over the past few years and was always happy and was always very professional back then. Had another accident and went to drop the vehicle off without even getting a price since I have had a good experience in the past. No one that was there the last time is left and the new group is so unprofessional not only in there dress but in the actions as well. I asked several basic questions on repairs and insurance timing and the crew before always had answers and was willing to work with us however these new ones are just idiots theres no easier way to put it. Needless to say felt very uncomfortable leaving my keys with these guys in fear they would make issues worse rather then fixing my car so I ended up trying another shop in town and so far so good. If you like hillbilly red necks working on your car this is the place but if you want some professionalism and a good experience I suggest shopping around

Top-notch quality and great service.

Very pleased with my experience with Accurate Autobody. I dealt with Dustin who is a really nice guy and went out of his way to help me out when I caused some damage to my new car while backing out of my garage one Monday morning. We hadn’t even made our first payment so needless to say I was very upset. Not a good way to start off the week for sure! He ordered the door handle needed and worked with his paintless dent repair guy to make it almost like new again. Unfortunately the metal was stretched too much for the PDR to work perfectly but if you didn’t know the damage was there and don’t look too close it’s pretty darn good. This is my only experience with them but based on it I would definitely recommend them.

Honest and do an excellent repair.

I rented from Hertz, they were my pick up and drop off place. I wanted to bring the car back early was told that I could by 6, there was just one problem they close at 5. That was just one problem. To start off I had a problem with the car. So as instructed I called to report the problem they did not know what to do. Told me to call another number knowing I wad driving. Instead of trying to find out the information. Makes me wonder how the communication is there.

Yvon Farmer, you should have gone to enterprise. Hertz has a reputation for not taking care of their customers. Plus, they got the whole pick you up thing from enterprise anyway. Enterprise was picking people up in 1974, way before anyone else.
