I had starter problem and I paid for the first time and then had starter problem again few months later they towed my car back to the shop and fix it for free twice so I had excellent customer service there and would come back to have business with them. Now my car isn’t running due to transmission shot and I am so ready to call them in the morning to have them tow my car back to get it running again. They towed my daughters car after a wreck. Brought it back to my house while I was at work. Placed the car with the front blocking part of my drive way and right on top of my water meter. The city complained about not being able to read the meter. One wheel is off the car so I could not push it. When I called and asked if the could move it back the said I would have to pay the fees for moving the car. Really???? Who dose that kind of stuff.

My Jeep broke down on 07/12/2018. It was 3 blocks from them . I was told it would be 2 hours. OK I need it towed to Bob Moore. He said address I told him and I told him the lady said you will know where to put key. I this point he said I have never been there I know nothing and it is going to be awhile before I get there. I said you know what I will call someone else Have a nice day. This man was so rude. I will never call them again

This place is a joke! My car broke down and I needed it towed to a mechanic that was only 3 miles away from my house. Not to mention I live down the street from the towing company so they didnt have to go far at all. I was charged $80! Yes, $80!!!!! That is ridiculous!! Years ago I needed a tow from Catoosa all the way to Sand Springs and I was charged $100 which is really reasonable considering the distance. That being said, you mean to tell me a tow that was a mere 3 miles costs almost as much as a tow that was 35? This place will never get my business again!!!

When I needed a wrecker .. both times I received the best customer service.When I needed a mechanic too many times to count once again best service.Lighting quick. Never was told well it took us a bit longer to fix it that is why there was a price difference.Quoted price was always what I paid.They even fixed my air conditioner in the summer and it was so cold I almost had to put on a sweater.Thank you Spears Wrecker and Garage!

Im sure its a great wrecker service just pray if your car gets stolen the police dont call spears. Otherwise you will become a victim twice with the ripoff charges.
