Traded in fully loaded Z71 leather seats for a 2013 GMC Sierra 4x4 that had body damage had River rocks inside the frame of the truck and had been repainted clear coat peeling off rusty under carriage Holes in the bed that had tool boxes ripped out leaving more body damage they showed this piece of junk in the dark had been oil field companys truck from Canada they stole my truck and money with the trade in it cost me 29.995 Im still paying for it.its had to have motor work done on it thanks for extending warranty I bought from the crooks.... Joe made me feel welcomed and comfortable when I came into the dealership. I really didnt have any inkling that I could be approved but he was sure and he got it done. Even took my old rust bucket as a trade-in which allowed me get the car.

I don’t recommend anyone taking their car here for work not even a oil change, cause I Took my car in to get the oil change they tell me I need valve gasket, then proceed to call me later to tell me one of the bolts are stripped and then tell me the oil pan bolt is stripped and I have to pay extra for helicoil, then I go to Missouri and I have oil leaking and the bolt is loose, so I bring it back for them to fix it and then they strip another bolt while changing out the valve cover and tells me more things need to be fixed, pick my car up and as I’m almost to my sisters there is oil flying all over the car behind me I get in the driveway and sure thing oil leaking everywhere on my motor and car, call them but they are all gone, next morning they send a tow truck to pick my car up, I’m totally scared to even let them touch it and more afraid on how much they plan on charging me again, I so upset I just want my car to be correctly and not have to keep paying for their mistakes!!!! Feeling very unhappy

Very bad service department. They diagnosed problem and said it would cost 1671.00 to fix catalytic converter front one and all it was was a piece of tail pipe leaking causing sensor to have check engine light come on. Took it to another mechanic and fixed for 150.00 thank God for honest people that are still in this world. I will never take anything to them again. Beware of this place they will lie to you and take advantage of you. They have many bad reviews. They still charged me for diagnosed part. 145.00 and got it fixed for 150.00 what a joke.

Horrible service. Came in and they offered me 2 cars that had not been cleaned. The first One the power steering box was whining louder than your mom on a Friday night, the tires looked like they were ready for talladega, and it reeked, they didn’t even care to clean it . The ***** they showed us had a lifter tick from hell and the dash was lit up. Very unprofessional. They showed these two after three hours being on property. Would recommend to an enemy so that they could get bent over by keystone Chevrolet.

I would give no stars if I could. Your service department is a scam and a ripoff. We came in to have a warrantied part fixed and you charged us $145 to do a scan and then told us it was not the warrantied part and tried to get us to do over $3,000 in other repairs. We took the car back to our mechanic and paid him to fix it. All the other problems went away and it was the cam shaft cover that was supposed to be warrantied and not cost us anything. Your employee was condescending and rude. We will need bring a vehicle to be worked on by you .

I referred a friend to purchase a vehicle from Sean Capron. Total waste of time. They signed off on a vehicle originally $25,000 for a V8 2018 Dodge when in reality it was a V6 2015 Dodge. They tried to get all of the issues fixed with the vehicle but Keystone refused. They had no choice but to return the vehicle in the end because of the total fraudulent presentation and delivery thru out the entirety of the deal.

10 out of 10!! Highly recommended just bought my second car through them! Ask for Joseph very knowledgeable, friendly and doesnt beat around the bush, treats you like family not a customer!!

Looking at other reviews and considering the family members, coworkers, and even a Lyft driver who recommended me to this dealership, I must have caught them on an off day. I decided to drive the 40 minutes to visit rather than shop local because I was told they were the best. I drove away disappointed after, having been there for several minutes, I was not so much as greeted or kindly asked to wait while they assisted other customers. I havent been ignored that hard since I visited a Sprint store some years ago on behalf of my deployed husband. I walked out on them also. Will not return. Can not recommend.

But after I left the dealership I did get several texts asking for paystubs I already provided several times which I didnt mind but eventually they asked for the same one three times in a row.
