1st time in months Ive gone to a Starbucks. My drink has 4 ingredients. A tall iced cup, 4 shots of espresso, 4 pumps of white chocolate syrup, and ice. Simple right? Nope! Always get it wrong. The guy who took my order, in person mind you, blamed it on the app and told me next time to come in and order. Really dude? You took my order like 5 mins ago. If you forgot, no wonder my drink was wrong. This is why I go to 918 Coffee. Service is 10 times better, they never get my order wrong, and it is cheaper!

Decided to try the star refresher its a kiwi drink and omg it was one of the best things Ive had in a while I highly recommend it!

One of the best Starbucks locations in tulsa. Staff is very friendly, and the coffee is banging good.

Has to be my grand daughters FAVORITE place of all time. Its the only place that we go and they know exactly what they want. They have yet to be disappointed in any item that they choose.

Usually a positive experience with this location, but last time I ordered here the lady at the window had a problem with me asking for a plastic straw rather than paper (for a frappe) and proceeded to lecture me about how I could save the trees or kill the turtles by using a plastic straw as I was pulling away from the window. My order was also missing one of the more expensive food items. It will be some time before I go back to this location, and perhaps Starbucks at all.

First time ever going in a Starbucks. The lady was super nice and helpful. I also got an impossible breakfast sandwich and it was very good..

(Pretty sure she wore a purple beanie) but I was confused on my coffee drink and she helped me choose a better one AND let me taste it before I even left the drive through lines!💙

The screen broke while in the drive through! The clerk walked out and took our order steadfast ! Highly pleased.

We buy coffee everyday they have good service and the employees are really friendly if they make a mistake they fix it right away.

Always a good cup of joe to be had at the Sand Springs Starbucks. Its a little small, and can be crowded/noisy at times, but theyre always welcoming to those in need of a place to warm up and get some work done on the free WiFi.

I awkwardly ordered Starbucks the other day. Probably my 5th time ever honestly. And the last two were the same thing I ordered this time. Vanilla creme frappe. Except I didnt know what it was called. But thankfully staff helped me with figuring out what it was I wanted. Very fast and friendly service.

Weirdest hours, even though there was no one else in line or the drive thru I still waited awhile. I understand that there are the pre orders but theres no reason a person has to wait 30 mins for a drink. It wasnt even made right but by the time I got it I didnt have time to get it fixed.

Ah! This was an amazing visit. I tried going to the 21st and yale location and for some reason it was closed. So I stopped at this 1 while in ss and the sweet girl covered in tattos with pink hair and matching pink eyebrows literally sold me my cookie frappe with her awesome recommendation for it, then she just continued to give me such amazing service even though it was def a Monday for us both.. Idk if she will see this or hopefully who reads this tells her. But you seriously made my day that day. I cried bc the 1 was closed and I rarely treat myself. So THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

I am not sure what is going on with this location lately, but the last thing anyone wants to hear is an passive aggressive attitude over asking for a straw with their morning Iced Coffee.. As if everyone knows that In the future they are going straw-less. I thought to myself, well what about the plastic cup? I would love to bring my own cup so I wouldnt have to drink out of the plastic cups, but because of Covid I cant do that either. I have sensitive teeth, I drink cold drinks from a straw. It was a very strange experience, and they have been off their game for a few weeks now.

They gave my order to someone else, but was quick to correct it and ensure I had what I needed. Since it was rushed, it seemed to not be blended well and it lacked the adequate amounts of pumps in it. I probably didnt need it anyway!!! It ended up being a grood cup of coffee!!!!

The brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso is pretty darn good.

Always order ahead and pick up at the drive thru window. Super fast and convenient.

Not terrible, clean, and the staff was friendly, but the drinks were just soooo bad.....My Breve was really bitter and off, and the gfs caramel drink had sooooooo much caramel at the bottom we literally laughed about it.

I go to Starbucks maybe 3 times a week in Sand Springs. I order a Large Royal English Tea with a scoop of ice. NOT ONE TIME HAVE THEY GOTTEN MY ORDER RIGHT. I’ve gotten a royal latte, earl grey, the wrong size, no ice. Then they correct it and fill it so full with no ice that it spills out and burns me. HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE A CUP OF TEA! Plus they get the price wrong. What gives?!?!

I had a pickup order and they told me they were out of the sandwich I wanted (it was a decent amount of time after the 5 o clock rush so its understandable) and they offered me a free pastry! The employees are all so nice to me too. This is my favorite Starbucks in Tulsa yall.

My Drinks have been inconsistent every time I go through drive-thru. They cant even seem to make my husbands drink right so if he ever wants his we have to go to the Brookside location. Lastly, you never know when they will be open! I went by Wednesday and they were closed, very upsetting when I line 30 minutes away.

We came in just to have a cup of coffee after a funeral and Crystal the manager complimented us and asked us if we were on a date or some special occasion and when I told her we just came from a funeral she offered her condolences and 20 minutes later she came back with brownies for me and my husband and said that she hoped that it makes us feel better. This was one of the most sweetest things Ive ever experienced while visiting Starbucks especially during time like this. Thanks for seeing us

This place use to be my almost everyday morning coffee stop until I found out I have a heart condition, often I wouldn’t have any issues with my coffee but as I ordered one day after waiting 30mins in line, yes 30 mins to get to the speaker with a total of 5 people in line. I briefly explained to the man taking my order that I was allowed a very small amount of caffeine due to my condition. He then told me that he couldn’t do any decaf because it doesn’t really sell anymore so they don’t make it but he could do a Americana drink that has less caffeine in it, i said sure ! As long as it’s minimal and tastes good. After I leave I take a few small sips (maybe 3) and I start to feel my heart palpitations begin, I looked up how much caffeine it has and the drink he suggested/ gave me had around 200mg of caffeine! I am just astonished of how careless someone can be about another’s well being. Just tell me you don’t have anything suitable for me and I will go somewhere else! Coffee isn’t worth having a heart attack due to an employees lack of knowledge/judgement of products. Haven’t been to a Starbucks since.

Visiting Tulsa. Says its open till 6 but at 5:55 the doors are locked and drive thru is blocked.

Delicious! Theu gave me the wrong drink but when I went to tell them they were very quick to make me another one.

Customer service is terrible. The girl who took my order, her apron said Cheyenne, was very impolite. Heard one employee tell another employee to ignore a customer when he approached the window. Only giving two stars because they coffee is good.

Love this place but Starbucks are ruthless..lol. When you go to an 🌟 bucks store the only item to choose from on the board is the monthly feature. So if you dont know exactly what you want and how you want it you might just come out with a experience out this 🌎. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable but sweetie know what you want.

This is my favorite Starbucks. Always gets my order right and always goes above and beyond. Sometimes when things are out of season and it just went out they out they find the topping and put it on my drink anyway. Love these guys.

I come here often as its right by work, and the staff is awesome. They are always friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to provide excellent customer service every visit. This store is an excellent example of outstanding customer service.

I love ordering with my app from here. I can order and pay with my app and then send my eldest child in to pick it up. They are fast, courteous and clean.

The staff here is great but whenever I go they are constantly out of my drink (mint majesty tea). I cant have caffeine so it provides a good wake up on my way to school just when will the get more tea its been nearly 2 months now!!!

Im so glad we finally have a Starbucks in Sand Springs! The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I come here often and will continue to do so.

Im not quite sure what has happened to the Sand Springs store over the last year. Very very slow service and almost impossible ordering online. They pull their store offline a lot. That makes you have to order in the drive-thru and make it even slower than it was before. he put something in online like extra hot or extra syrup or something like that theyre not paying attention to that very well either. Sand springs definitely needs another Starbucks because if you dont go to this one your next one is 10 mi away further into Tulsa. Just really no other option for people on the west side of Tulsa.

People inside get waited on last! The drive thru gets 1st attention.I ordered the new pumpkin latte today; ordinary my drinks have been good. However, this had absolutely no pumpkin taste whatsoever, it did taste like 2 shots of espresso and nothing else. Im no longer allowed to drink much Expresso I felt the pumpkin had none and might be enjoyable. But sadly, it wasnt good.

Used the drive thru. Fast and polite counter help. Def going again.

Do not spend your money here!!!! Their espresso machines are broken and they refuse to fix them. I consistently received watery, weak lattes, and I finally asked them if there was something wrong with the machine. The baristas all said that they know the machine doesn’t work but the owner won’t replace it until 2020!!! So you are telling me that you’re charging full price for espresso drinks that don’t have the right quality or amount of espresso in them?! You have enough money to replace your machine and do the right thing!! If you want to waste your money continue to come here.
