Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Not pushy, but fully answered our questions and we made bought a mattress; and we needed it delivered. The next day the delivery team called ahead and were on time. They had unwrapped the matresss, placed it onto the frame and were hauling off our used mattress in just minutes.Very pleased overall.

I got a king size mattress set with frame for well under my budget and it’s so comfortable. They was doing a king for a queen sale. I didn’t get the young mans name but he was excellent. He gave my husband a military discount for his service as a marine. I recommend them highly and give them a 10. Thank y’all so much!

While the service and amount of explanation of all their products is top notch, much different can be said about their “guarantee” of delivery. My wife and I bought their flagship model mattress going on 2 weeks ago. While in store, they called the warehouse and made certain one was available. They had one, so we were told we would be expecting delivery the following Wednesday, which was 4 days later. The day after having paid off the mattress, at a HEFTY $8800, I get a call saying we would be delayed for another week and delivery would be made the day of this posting.Fast forward to yesterday. I get a call saying it would be delayed a few more days. Today, I received a call from my wife, saying they are telling her delivery won’t be until the END OF JUNE. Needless to say, both of us are livid and have been sleeping on the floor because we got rid of our old bed ON THE PROMISE of having a new super bed two weeks ago.This is our first time ever purchasing something from Mattress Firm. While the in-store experience was nice, the actions after they’ve already gotten our money have been unacceptable, and frankly quite embarrassing on the company’s end.(Edit) My wife was just informed directly from the shipper that it was their error, not the stores error. Makes MF look bad. I’d reallocate the bad review to the shipper, but don’t even know who that is. Upgrading to 4 stars from 2 ONLY because we might have a bed in the next couple of days, but not holding my breath anymore.

As always a fast a pleasant experience so far.Mattress should be there in 24 hours and the sales person worked with us to get exactly our price range and what we wanted.

Dela was so friendly and knowledgeable and worked really hard to get us the best deal possible! The whole process lasted less than 30 minutes and there was absolutely no sales pressure!

I helped my 93 year old grandma navigate picking out a new mattress at the store on Good Friday of Easter Weekend. We came in around 5pm on that Friday and worked with Amanda who was super helpful and friendly. My Grandma doesnt get around all that well, and isnt always mentally clear, yet Amanda did a great job making her feel comfortable and helping her select a mattress. Once we figured out which one my Grandma wanted, Amanda was efficient in processing our order and working with me to handle the business side logistics. Very happy with the experience and would recommend anyone go see her who needs a mattress.

I wish I could give zero for service so Im giving these rude people a 5 💩💩💩💩💩 rating they had good prices so I bought a mattress and water proof cover for my autistic 10 yr old son I opened the top he touched the material and said he doesnt like it that it felt like a washcloth so I put it in my husbands van until today when we tried to return it and the woman opened the cover and pulled it out of the box she said it was opened yet she was the only one to pull the sheet out of its package then she began to say it smelled of poop and refused to give a refund it was embarrassing I will not be returning to the sand springs mattress firm they are rude

I got a mattress from this place they did a good job at helping me with that. Everything else has been horrible.I called a day after and asked for the mattress not to be delivered because its $75Told them Ill pick it up. He told me not a problem the warehouse is open tell 7, so I get to the warehouse to pick it up at 630 they have been closed for 30min.I also asked for my $75 back and I have been getting the run around about this for weeks I call they say they will call me back with the status on it never do. I have called 4 times in the last week I have become very disappointed.If you are buying a mattress from this place know that they have okay mattress but the service is horrible and they do very little to make you feel happy. Next time we buy it will be online or a different store

Went in and tried to purchase a new mattress for my sons bed. They didnt have one in stock, but they had one in the warehouse. Told me I could pick it up or it would be delivered to the store on there next truck which was supposed to be the following Tuesday. I told them no problem I would pick it up on my way to church Wednesday. Went to the store, no mattress, a little aggravated but they assured me that it would be there Thursday. Well guess what, still no mattress Thursday. I canceled the mattress and went to a company that could do what they say they will. Wont go back.
