No body ever here. No one answers the phone. Our gate code hasnt worked since we got the thing. Not worth the money for this headache.

Very Nice Storage Place,., Need a Unit,., They have different sizes., They also have spots to put campers,.trailers, and etc..., But Word from me,.Dont pay someone to go get a storage unit for you, F.Y.I - Someone that you Trusted a Lil might just end up, with stuff that dont belong to them, not did they work for it., And if your missing a Black Trailer, Yellow, Red? People dont care, they will take it, & act like someone was told to come get it

This place is clean! First thing I noticed was the manager cleaning the lot. Not only is this place clean your belonging are safe! I chose SecurCare Self Storage in Sand Springs because out all the facilities I looked at this place was inviting, the manager joy is contagious. The manager also lived there and with the security cameras and the the gate... your things are safe! The manager was very knowledgeable in what size unit I needed. I was going to get a 10 x 10 but she said I would fair much better in a 10 x 15 and she was right!

Perfect for me. I have to store equipment for work which means I can be onsite for long periods of time. No mentally deranged management screaming at me because of inappropriate gate rules and the pricing is fantastic. My only complaint is the onsite dumpster. Its seems too small and if used there is an additional fee for that month the last I checked. Otherwise I am happy all around here.

I so happy with the new manager. I couldnt be more pleased with her service. You can tell she is very knowledgeable about self storage and really cares about her customers needs. The hubs went in to pay our storage and we were over a week past due so the unit was overlocked of course. No complaint about it being overlocked bc thats the rules. Your late over 5 days you get overlocked. But he got to meet who I believe is the new property manager. She seemed very nice and was willing to go remove the overlock immediately IN THE RAIN even though she had already done her closing lot check and it was so close to closing so I really appreciate her doing that even though technically she could have made us wait until tomorrow to remove it bc they have 24 hours so that was Very Much Appreciated especially considering it was pouring down rain and so close to 6pm.

My things have always been safe, however the mice have destroyed furniture, and my rent keeps being raise each year.I went to pay rent early yesterday, its due on the 22nd, same as last July it went up $10. They use to offer a discount for paying early as well. Hasnt been that way for over a year at least now.I told my grandmother it would help to clean out the garage if we put things in storage for a bit to get organized. She opened a unit up and received her first month free, and its advertised when you refer someone you get half off your own rent. There was no such option for the last in the office to choose on my profile.I use this company because someone lives on site to add protection, and its near my community, and not far from the highways I use most. This contract I have is a couple years old, but I had other units before too.I do wish the price would stop going up on me, a customer whom has been there for years, whilst new people get the actual price advertised. For each unit. Doesnt make sense to be punished for being loyal.

Storage building and rent price is fine. However I do thinks it’s stupid that you can’t get in past a certain time. There is a key on the building that only the renter has, there is a gate code that only the renter has, but we can’t get in if it’s past 10(or whatever time they close). It is my stuff, I should be able to get into it at anytime.
