Best phone experience of my life! Summer took all the time in the world with me to figure out the best phone for my needs. She was so fun and patient! I never felt pressured to go for the bigger or more expensive options, and I never felt rushed to make a choice. She also made sure I got the best deals available to me complete with price breakdowns. My tiny hands I expect to be very happy with my new mint Galaxy Note 20!

Customer service was amazing at this location! The manager and employee were very helpful and friendly. Much better than trying to set up an account online, or waiting on hold with customer service. They not only helped me find the best plan to save the most money, but they also didnt try sell me a bunch of extras. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area!

I came in as an unhappy customer with a different carrier service. I walked out relieved, happy, and with a new service plan that met my needs. Summer was phenomenal, she listened to my problems (thanks for the in house therapy!) and what I was looking for, she took the time and effort to solve my previous issues and get me the plan I wanted with Verizon. Brian was very helpful reviewing my account for savings opportunities even though I only came in for a case and screen protector. I was visiting from out of town. Very happy I stopped at this store to upgrade my phone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tonisha spent as much time needed to take care some issues with Corporate and me forgetting the password after wiping my phone. I would return if I didn’t live 1,500 miles away.

Because when you own a business, your deals here are great, and greatly appreciated. The service is genuine, and thorough. Being in a small town, and right off the hwy, there can be a small wait time. We take this as an opportunity to make new friends, and go on with our day!

Dont go here expecting any help with your phone just because its Verizon. They cant do exchanges unless you purchased the phone at that exact store. Often the employees have to wait on the phone for service from their corporate tech team, just like the consumer... and so you are not going to save much time going here unless its a painfully obvious fix. As you may know Verizon as a corporation is painfully difficult to deal with if you are trying to get a phone fixed or replaced and they simply dont give a sh*t about people in this area because they are the only provider with decent coverage...so basically if you are on vacation and your verizon phone goes in the lake - it will take you hours, if not days to get resolution. Good luck.

I have never written a review before but when i received such exceptional serviceI thought I needed to do so now. Rarely did you get such excellent customer service. I have been on the phone to Verizon tech multiple times and with long wait times and was unable to get the problem with my phone resolved. Brian was very patient and took the time that was needed to resolve my problem.

After 40 minutes on hold with a Verizon representative I went to TCC Verizon Store again. They were patient, knowledgeable and fixed the problem.

My aged fathers phone was not working for calling in or out. The store employee told us we needed his acct #, the phone plan acct # (from my brother) and both pin #s, plus wed have to take the cell phone box 40 mi away to a different Verizon store...none of that ended up being necessary, but it sure cost several hours of heartache and stress for my Dad, brother, and me. Ended up getting fixed via a phone call to Verizon, and talking to Alvin, who updated software. Thank you for the stress, Sandpoint Verizon. Lived in Sandpoint for 50 years; but we know where not to go.

They used to have comfortable seating to wait and actual phones displayed with spec cards by them. I made an appointment and they still took someone before us. I wanted to get a phone for my parents added on my account. We had to wait over an hour standing because the barstools are too high for old or disabled persons to get on. None of the phones displayed (there were only a few)had any posted info on it it so we were forced to wait for the associate the appointment was with. Would have been better to say we didnt have an appointment. My parents live out of town and are old and frail,I specifically made the appointment to avoid this.

I was in town on vacation and my phone broke. Got a replacement sent to me, but had trouble syncing... Went in and Jeremy helped me like a boss. He was super helpful, kind and solved my problem with excellent customer service. He made a couple of very helpful suggestions for me and my phone. WATCH OUT FOR THIS VERIZON DEALER. My wife and I stopped into Verizon in Sandpoint 201 E Superior st. Idaho in early August to check on our data usage and save some $ on our monthly bill. We were visiting Sandpoint on vacation. I was interested in the Plus 55 plan as it gives us seniors a great break on an unlimited data plan. Kayla assisted us and said she had a better idea and it will save us $ off our bill. She proceeded to sell us complicated roundabout plans that just wound up giving her bonus money. Kayla sold us separate plans with unlimited data but to do so we had to buy 2 Samsung tablets with separate data plans for each. She said she would waive the activation fees for each new plan. Each new tablet plan was $20 a month and it was a very complicated roundabout way of making her bonus money and screwing us at the same time. Long story short, my next bill from Verizon was $125 more than it usual. She took care of her own interests and didnt give us what we came in for and misrepresented the products she did sell us. (and didnt waive the activation fee)When I got home I went to see my local Verizon dealer and they told me I got taken for a ride. I called the manager in Sandpoint, Jamie, and he said that he had problems with this particular employee and she was on loan from a store in Georgia. He failed to do anything to correct the problem though and never even had the courtesy to call me back. Complete scammers.The only bright side to this horrible experience was my contact with Verizon customer service people Skye and Holly. When I first called them and went through the whole thing they all but acknowledged I got taken by this Verizon store in Sandpoint and set aside the whole plan. They reversed the charges and actually gave me the data plan I wanted all along. Ive always had good results dealing with my local Verizon reps and very much appreciate Skye and Holly who took the time and patience to undo the problem created by Sandpoint Verizon.

Bought a new phone for my wife, we couldnt get it to connect so we took it back in and was told the sim card is bad so they had us BUY a new sim card, yes you heard correctly we had to pay to have the sim card replaced that didnt work brand new out of the box, so much for warrantys. I had a quick question regarding my Samsung phone, ( why does my Samsung tablet ring when im receiving a call and not my Samsung phone) i was trying to convey this question but there were two conversations going on in the background and i was having a hard time talking and hearing.A young millennial looked at me with my totally grey hair and said there will be a 10.00 dollar charge for any questions. I had not ask the question yet but did ask when did this fee for data service start. I dont remember her giving me a date just that her company was losing money and needed the revenue.Im hoping it wasnt because of my grey hair, i worked for a very large company providing tecnical support for computer, phone, computer hardware and resolving on line problems so i do understand how to provide service. I was very disappointed in her attitude and of course an additional 10:00 to ask a question. With all that new revenue i sure hope she gets a raise.

00000I give this store and this company is there across the board theyre dishonest and rip people off there is absolutely no transparency to my experience Ive had family members that have had same issues they owe people money and refused to work with you theyre rude and just money hungry grappling company I will never go back to Verizon..... Had to buy a new SIM for my Note3, I was not about to pay their $20 activation fee so I took the card home and had my son do the install and activation (hes been doing this for years and is in the IT dept for the D.o.E. at Lawrtence Berkeley Labs at CAL Berkeley). My phone didnt work. come to find out, the store recorded the wrong serial number for the SIM card I purchased.Additionally, the fperso at the store told me that all of the apps on my phone were not authorized apps and were causing my phone to run poorly. REALLY?? Every single one of me apps were obtained from the GOOGLE PLAY STORE, for my GOOGLE OS phone.Never going to that retailer again.....
