I was really feeling let down today. The lady that was on the phone was very short and curt with me. I really had no idea how to help my mom and was asking for help. I was basically hung up on with a short curt we don’t do that over the phone. But did not give me clear instructions on what I was to do with our portable that was not working.

Customer service is non existent. They literally only care about selling you or up selling you. Nothing else.

They seem to have no interest in backing their product when I have had a problem. Their answer is a rudely stated take your problem to somewhere else.
