William (Bill) was wonderful, he helped us immediately, and showed us what was in our budget. He didn’t steer us wrong and we will be receiving our bed in a week! He let us explain and he listened!

Mattress Firm was our first stop. We were going to shop around but there was no need to! Alexa was great! We gave her an idea of what we were looking for and she was on it. We thought finding the right mattress and at our price point was going to be stressful, not at all. We were in and out in 20 min!!! I definitely recommend going to Mattress Firm and asking for Alexa!

Darian, at the Sandusky, Ohio location is the definition of customer service. Not only did he sell me the perfect mattress, he also took care of my daughter, long-distance, with her mattress concerns. He did not even sell her the mattress, another Mattress Firm employee did. He could have easily handed off the issue to his co-worker, who made the original sale and happened to be off that day. Instead he took it upon himself to resolve the issue in under two days … long-distance! He listened to the needs of the customer (my daughter) and met them to the best of his ability and exceeded her expectations. We will definitely be referring Mattress Firm in Sandusky, Ohio to anyone we know in need of a good night’s sleep.

They wanted me to wait 2 weeks to have my bed delivered.i ordered one online and got it in 3 days.we also told them that since they couldnt deliver it as soon as we needed it,that we would pick it up.they acted like they didnt want us to...why would I pay almost $1000 for a bed and not be allowed to pick it up?My daughter then told me that she waited over a month for the same location to deliver her bed she already paid for.

The employee, Darian, was so upbeat & knowledgeable, and with a great personality. Pleasure to work with him and he was very helpful in assisting me to arrive at a decision as to which product would best fit my needs.

Mattress Firm has excellent customer service. I just purchased my third mattress and they were courteous and quick. I got a loyalty discount on delivery and a mattress pad. Their even going to haul away my old mattress! I recommend them and will shop there again!

Mattress firm does not stand by their 120 day sleep trial they find a loophole to get out of the exchange this was a horrible experience for me ever since the beginning when the mattress was supposed to be delivered only the Box Spring showed up took another few weeks to get the mattress And then the mattress itself which costs $2000 started breaking down and giving way on one of the sides and sagging.. They would not return or exchange it.. Its been nothing but a headache and a run around trying to figure it out I will never use mattress firm again.

The service was perfect, Bill F. was attentive but not pushy. Helped my daughter figure out what firmness of a mattress was best for her and educated us on sleep health as it pertains to mattresses. The store carries The Briar Rose which scored really high in Consumer Reports but was less expensive than other models in that ranking. Did not feel rushed and once we made a selection he checked us out quickly. The delivery was on time and the men were very polite and fast!

We needed a mattress delivered to the Port Clinton area on fairly short notice (within a week). We stopped in at the Sandusky Mattress Firm and we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service and efficiency. Alexis helped us out by telling us what she had in stock that could be delivered in the time frame we needed and then, once we made our decision, she completed the check out process without the dreaded hard sell that I have experienced at other mattress stores. Delivery was made professionally in the time frame promised and the 2 gentlemen even took away the packing which was very helpful. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Bought a mattress in 2017and it broke. Turned in a warranty claim. The response was a little slow but was approved. I took the claim to the Sandusky store and service excellent. I had the new mattress in two days and they set it up and removed the old mattress. the experience was good. They were easy to deal with.

At first I was so happy...1/2 off my dream mattress and shipping directly to us in 3-5 days, amazing!! THEN a couple hours later— “oops, I’m so sorry but it can’t be shipped to you and the mattress won’t be available for “3-4 weeks, available for pick up on 8/6”....??? It’s 6/16. First of all that’s 6 1/2 weeks. Then I’m told I can take a “sister” mattress that’s not the same but it’s available right now and if I don’t like it I can “exchange” it. I will update this post when/if that happens:

On time, professional and a good mattress.

Sales reps at the store were great and very knowledgeable,!! but delivery was horrible, 2hour window turned into a 5 hr window, delivery time was 1145-145pm they showed up at 430pm. Ruins your whole day waiting. What is the use of 2hour window when you cant meet that ... Will get back on how the Mattress is ..
