Helpful, respectful, caring and compassionate. The sales people are super helpful and all the staff were easy to work with. My sales lady was cookie. She is super upbeat and awesome! I was looking from out of town so she even went out and did a personal video of the vehicle I wanted. They were NOT pushy. I called Cookie the car social worker because she really went the extra mile and made it a pleasant and highly productive car buying experience. The manager of the dealership also corralled a pool of knowledgeable staff to answer any questions I had about the mechanical aspects of the vehicle. Great Team here. I was looking for about 2 months to purchase a car. Every car dealership I went too had shady salesmen who were more interested in selling me a lemon.. instead of listening to my needs. I met with Charlie Greenberg and explained exactly what I was looking for and what I needed for my family. I chose the vehicle that most fit my needs and budget and Charlie did all the work from there. Dont hesitate to buy a car from Firelands. This is my second purchase, the first being at their Chevrolet dealership in Norwalk. Both experiences were superb. I enjoyed working with Angel and recommend him for his knowledge and professionalism. When I had some small issues with my vehicle, Angel and Andrew made sure they were take care of. Justin was great! The Firelands experience is nothing less than 5 stars. Go find a dealership that still gives you a full tank of gas when you buy a new car. Many dealerships stopped that years ago - even with lower gas prices. We usually dread buying cars because it takes longer to purchase a car than a house! However, Firelands had us out of there in no time. The longest part was literally the full costumer service experience of getting the car detailed and getting the tank filled up. I can’t complain about waiting for those two things!!!

Purchased a 2011 enclave. The AC didn’t work. How wasn’t that caught. Took weeks to get them to fix it. They told me that the vehicle would come with 2 keys. 3 months later with multiple calls to sales team and managers only 1 set of keys. Their serve sucks. Guess I should have financed it thru them and stopped paying. This is the kind of service you get for paying cash. DON’T purchase from them.

I was having issues with my transmission on my 2017 Jeep Renegade. I took it to the original dealership and they said they fixed it. As I was driving home, the same shifting issue started back up. I decided to take it to Firelands CDJR and they worked in it, called with updates and kept it until they solved the issue. They did an awesome job, communicated with me, explained the issue and told me exactly what needed done and kept it until the fixed was fixed. I wast sent home with a half done repair.The service department is one of the best Ive ever dealt with. I would highly recommend them to an of my fellow Jeep owners!
